Upon arrival, we weren't dumped in the shark tank - In fact, our salesman, Justin, was just outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable about all products and features, and obviously an auto/motorcycle enthusiast as well. There was no rush, no pressure, no constant attempts to up-sell. He was happy to let us test drive and check out any car/feature, and didn't apply unnecessary influence as me & my wife were discussing. They had plenty of each model in stock, and several to choose from in the trim level & color we were looking for. The biggest difference from a huge dealership was when it came time to negotiate a price. They never played the ridiculous game where you continuously get handed off to various levels of 'management' (really, just other salespeople). When it came time to negotiate, Justin handed us off directly to the sales manager, Marc, who had the authority to finalize the deal. The negotiation was fair and it didn't take long to arrive at our target price. TL;DR: Great service,very little pressure, got the exact model/trim/color we wanted. Drove off with a deal we are still extremely pleased with. That is as good as buying a car gets - Highly recommend. More

by RRayo A Good Afternoon I had been looking for the just the correct electric vehicle (preferably a used white EV) for quite some time and finally found a used Leaf from Pat I had been looking for the just the correct electric vehicle (preferably a used white EV) for quite some time and finally found a used Leaf from Pat Fischer Nissan on the internet. Called and reached a Chaz Roberson, when I arrived later at the showroom, Chaz was already out front to greet me. Turned out that this particular vehicle was sold before I could purchase it (I was undecided because of it's black color and was getting their price for re-painting it). Chaz said that they would try to locate another, more fitting one. After approx two weeks, Chaz called and said that a white one was found in Tennessee and that it was coming down. Not wanting this one to be "sold out from under me", I grabbed some cash for a possible deposit and arrived at the dealership at noon on the day that it arrived, but never expecting to complete a purchase that day. Turned out the Tennessee vehicle had a very dark interior and most importantly, did not have cruise control. Chaz also had in stock a brand new white Leaf without these issues and we spent much of the afternoon going back and forth between the two vehicles. They had told me earlier that I was not obliged to purchased the Tennessee Leaf as they sold many Leafs (as I knew by missing out on their very first Leaf). Fisher Nissan agreed to take in my two vehicles for trade and finally with Whit Gilman's help, completed the purchase transaction for the new Leaf at 5:30pm (a long afternoon), but I was most happy and pleased with the outcome of the day. More

I am a very picky individual to say the least, and this dealer managed to get me exactly what I wanted and surprised me with a few extra features at no cost. I love my new Leaf, thanks guys for delivering the true meaning of customer satisfaction. This team cares for their customers so much that they have offered me rides multiple times after bringing my leaf in to charge. More

Josh also did a great deal of homework by getting to know me ahead of time and making sure he anticipated my perceived needs. I literally had to do very little research on this vehicle given the amount of information he made available. I will gladly make the 50 mile drive back to buy again from this dealership, I wish more dealers operated this way in my area. Mr. Fischer staff members like Josh are your competitive advantage, please keep up the good work! More
