My family has been buying cars at Fischer Nissan for several years, and we have always had an outstanding experience. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional; pricing is always fair, and the cars we have purchased have always been an excellent value. We have purchased both new and used cars, and the experience is always positive. Most recently, my brother bought a new truck, and got a great deal! If you are shopping for a new or used car, be sure to visit Fischer Nissan. More
I purchased a 2012 Sentra was given a fake car fax. They lied about the car's previous rental usuage which I found in the glove box. I purchased extended warranty before I found out that the car already rec lied about the car's previous rental usuage which I found in the glove box. I purchased extended warranty before I found out that the car already received the service and asked Pat Fischer the owner to refund the warranty and he thought it was a joke. More
Salesman Ben was professional. My reason to visit was to test drive a Juke, and I advised I was not ready to buy before we took the test drive, but that the Juke was one of the cars I was considering. After test drive a Juke, and I advised I was not ready to buy before we took the test drive, but that the Juke was one of the cars I was considering. After driving, I allowed Ben to get a trade in offer on my car because I wanted to see if I would be in a position to buy the Juke. The numbers weren't where I wanted to be, so I declined. Another offer, and again I declined. The sales manager, Tommy, was sent in to return my keys to me. He immediately started back into the numbers again, and I told him that I understood the numbers, and that I wasn't interested. He asked why, and I told him because I still had a car and the numbers weren't where I needed them to be. He asked me where I got my lines, from reading a book? I was shocked and asked him if he really did just disrespect me like that? He proceeded to tell me I was disrespectful because I didn't let him finish going over his numbers (never mind that Ben had been over them twice already with me). Needless to say, I was furious. Ben did apologize, however, he should have honored my wishes when I said no thanks to speaking to the sales manager and I would have at least left without being angry. BTW, the deal on the Juke was not necessarily a bad deal, I just wasn't prepared to pick the first car I test drove and did make it clear it would likely be after the first of the year when I decided so that he knew where I stood about buying a car that day. PROS: Nice salesman (Johnny Church), civil behavior from salespeople and manager CONS: Watch out for the shell game REVIEW: Once you get into the negotiation phase, the salesman will step away and th salespeople and manager CONS: Watch out for the shell game REVIEW: Once you get into the negotiation phase, the salesman will step away and the used car manager will play a shell game with the numbers. If you can do arithmetic, you can follow it and counter it. Remember, DO YOUR HOMEWORK ahead of time on the value of the specific car you want and your trade-in value and you should be OK. Overall, it was relatively quick and everyone was calm and civil. VERDICT: Better than average buying experience. More
Bait and switch tactics. Offered me one price for my trade, then did the work-up with a price of $4K less. They absolutley refused to honor the original offer. Stay away from Pat Fischer if you want a trade, then did the work-up with a price of $4K less. They absolutley refused to honor the original offer. Stay away from Pat Fischer if you want a dealer that is above board and treats you fairly. More
