We went to Pat Fisher because they are local business, now twice. We went to be put on a waiting list for the new NVP, just to test drive and decide if it was the van for us. When they got one in finally, they sold it without even contacting us to come look at it. After waiting 6 months for another to arrive, it wasn't the one we wanted, but were excited to get to test drive it. They were not willing on working on getting the one we did want to us. We ended up going to another dealer and getting our van for a better deal. We decided to try again when we needed to replace my husband's car. Finance refused to accept our "friends and family" deal unless we paid a high fee that even the finance company said was unusually high. It all just seems suspicious to me. It appears we will have to take our business elsewhere again. Although our finance experience was not very good, the sales staff were helpful and courteous. More
Michael Holmes is a young man that this dealership must certainly be proud of. He has the best customer service skills I have ever seen in a young person. I needed to have a seal gasket replaced on my 1998 Infiniti I30 and Mike knew exactly what needed to be done. He gave me a price that was very competitive (beat the other Nissan dealers) and that is exactly the amount that was on my invoice when the work was complete. I needed to add a steering rack boot replacement to the work, and Mike once again beat out the other Nissan dealer in price and flexibility. The work was done on time, as promised, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Tod Rachu was the technician and he is highly skilled and very experienced. The quality of his work was excellent, and he repaired my car to my satisfaction. I absolutely cannot live with any kind of fluid leaks on my cars, and these fine gentlemen made certain that I don't have to. Jim Wing is the Service Manager, and he is a great person to deal with. When I thought (wrongfully) that there was a problem with the work, this team took me into the shop and explained to me, in great detail, exactly what was done to fix my problem. I am a difficult customer to please because I insist on only the highest quality work, and these gentlemen deliver. I am happy to have this dealer and these guys, Mike, Tod and Jim, on my side. I recommend them highly, and I stand by my word. More
I decided to use pat fisher nissan since they quoted me the lowest price on getting my altima fixed compared to all other nissan dealers in the county, after replacing a part on the altima it wouldn't not the lowest price on getting my altima fixed compared to all other nissan dealers in the county, after replacing a part on the altima it wouldn't not work properly and they determind that the part they used was defective, now being that it was Saturday afternoon and to late to get another nismo part they offered to put me into a loaner car free of charge for the duration till they received the replacement part and completed the work, Gary Mondus and Tod Rachu listened to me about the issues I was having with the car they did a very good job fixing the problems, I will use them again when needed, thank you again. There are so many reason why I chose to buy the Corvette of my dreams from Fischer Nissan. We can't say enough about him and his Team. The Corvette was exactly as listed on the internet. I could go on and on about how great everything is but there is not enough space so I will just say this - "That's what they do @ Fischer Nissan". Ask Giovannye and he will take care of you. I was a Cavendar Chevrolet customer for the past 13 years but that has changed. I will be doing all my business with Fischer Nissan and as well as sending ALL my Family/Friends to them. Oh and the experience is still going. We have shared pics of the car and they have added them to their Facebook. Talk about Customer Service...... More
I live in Tampa which is about 2 hours from Titusville. I will gladly drive the distance to get the great service and pricing at Pat Fischer Nissan. From the moment I walked in to the service department I felt very welcome. Both of the gentlemen in the department were all smiles and seemed so happy, very refreshing in a car dealership. Gary was so kind and professional, having to have work done to my car is probably my least favorite thing to do but this was a BREEZE. My family in PA owns an auto repair shop and knowing how dealerships can be always just straightens your spine just a touch, not in this case. I searched and searched through the world wide web for a specific vehicle and price and narrowed it down to 3 (Used), 2012 Nissan Armadas, all of which were at PatFischerNissan.com. This purchase was also a surprise for my wife so time spent away from home was critical so as to not make my wife suspicious. Well, I called the dealership and let them know I would be headed over. When I got there there I met Chaz and he took me around to the vehicle which was being detailed for me by to guys. (at this point, as far as they new, I was just kicking tires). One of the guys was introduced to me as PAT Fischer!!. I asked what the Owner of the dealership was doing with a rag in his hand, cleaning the car! He just said "thats just how we do things around here"! I was very impressed. The dealerships attention to detail was unsurpassed. I felt (according to very specific research I had done on my own) I received a very fair deal. I have since then referred my Mother in law as well as a friend to go there and they have both left happy with vehicles! Thats my 2 cents. Hope this helps future buyers. More
