Last but not least Farrah in finance did my paperwork quick and got me in and out. I recommended this dealership and Harland to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More
Worse ever! Worse service department ever! Tried to charge $170 over the $100 warranty deductible. Said the warranty only covered $100 hr labor rate, and part. Worse service department ever! Tried to charge $170 over the $100 warranty deductible. Said the warranty only covered $100 hr labor rate, and part. They said they charge $130 hr, plus shop charges for things like rags and supplies that the mechanics need in the shop. I’m sorry, but even the warranty company said that they have never heard of such a thing. They also said that every Nissan across the Northern United States Agree to work on these vehicles under the contracted labor rate of $100 hr. That they cannot charge you $130 hr. That is why you have the warranty. And, just because it’s not a Nissan vehicle. The warranty contract is through Nissan. Our car was a Dodge. We bought it from Nissan used. They cannot charge you more because it’s not a Nissan. The warranty company pays them the costs it will take to repair your vehicle. We contacted the warranty company before we picked up the car. The dealer told us there were extra costs. The warranty company told us that they cannot charge us. That the only thing they can charge is the deductible and tax. That’s it! The warranty company asked us to have them call them when we got there to pick up the vehicle. They handled it from there. I called a local shop to see if they also charged “Shop supplies fees” they said never! They had never even heard of such a thing. Never again well we use, or buy a vehicle from this dealership. If they try and rip you off in the service department. I can only imagine what they would do if you were trying to buy a car from them. Oh, and when we left. The light was still on. So they didn’t even finish the job! More
Not professional at all. Horrible! This place lacks leadership and management. I feel sorry for the employees that work here. We brought our armada in for new brake pads and a Horrible! I drove this way for two days with children in the car. Long story short, they messed my calipers up and wanted to charge me nearly $1000 to fix it. We tried repeatedly to speak to upper management but was never able to have anyone contact us to help resolve the issue. This went on for days. We decided to have our vehicle towed to another shop. I would never recommend Pat Fisher Nissan. Tim Moody is a coward and had his employees give us the run around over and over. More
Pat Fischer scam So I went in because it said I won a $3500. When I get in there Eddie took my info which is fine. Then here comes the fine print. He says your number did match but now your pin has to match. He pulls out his phone and opens and app. The app spins and said I won a $5 Walmart gift card. Really an app? They should have just been honest from the beginning. I hate when companies have to lie to get you in the door. If they have to lie to get you in the door what will they do to get a sale? More

The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. So let me start by saying how thankful I am for the care and support I received during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that’s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson’s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life.
