Prior to purchasing my new vehicle from Pat Fischer Nissan, I used their auto body shop to repair my truck after an accident. They took incredible care of it and I was happy with the outcome. The time it took for the oil change was ok. I was unhappy that the adviser questioned the $19.95 tire rotation fee I mentioned when he charged me full amount when my appointment specifically sa I was unhappy that the adviser questioned the $19.95 tire rotation fee I mentioned when he charged me full amount when my appointment specifically said it was $19.95. I also had a $59.95 coupon but realized it had expired 10 days ago so I didn’t even mention it or asked for a discount. I felt the adviser thought I was lying about the special when clearly my appointment had it on there. He gave it to me anyway but it’s the attitude. More
