Warranty has run out on parts like brakes, battery, etc. Was told that I needed brakes and rotors. Had a feeling that this was not true. Took my vehicle to another station. Was told I DID NOT NEED brakes or rotors, and my car passed inspection. So sad when a dealership has to be dishonest in order to make money off of their customers. Also have been having transmission problems with my 2013 Ford Fiesta and have had the car to the shop FOUR times and car is not even four years old yet. Would never return to DelBaso for any vehicle EVER!!!!! More

The sales team was not very excited about helping a young male who is graduating college soon and already has a job accepted for after school. The sales man was short on every question and talked down to us. When I asked for a test drive he was hesitant and would only allow for us to drive to the end of market street and back because he didn't want to get gas. Nobody can get a real feel for a car with a test drive like that. When we talked price they said the first price they gave us was already below invoice. Anybody who is in the business of making money does not give their first offer below invoice. They didn't want to sell us this car. We left and told them they can keep it on the lot and let it collect more cobwebs. They sent us on our way with " we aren't worried we will sell it by next week". That was four weeks ago and both of their 2016 escapes are still on the lot, collecting cobwebs. At Ciocca ford we received a warm welcome and were treated like grown adults. The sales staff had a personality and was very helpful. They really tried to sell the car. In the end we did not choose the ford. More

The staff ( sales and service ) are always willing to help. My family and I have purchased 20 or more cars or trucks over this time span and have always been satisfied. There are 6 Ford dealerships within a 30 mile radius where we can buy an automobile, but we feel more comfortable dealing with Pat and Dan. My purchase price and trade in value were always fair. When we need service the appointment is always when we need it. If there is a problem, Jim is always there to help. More

I chose this location for a number of reasons. 1, being the inventory they had, the location as to how close it is to my residence and quite simply it was just a easy place to get to and if ever in need of service, they are a stones throw away. Well, that all changed very quickly. First off, I know that I am credit challenged, however my credit is not bad enough to the point where I cannot receive an auto loan whether it meant going directly through Ford Finance, or a 3rd party lender. After find the truck that I wanted, the salesman, Marc Jacien and finace manager Rick Burke were absolutely outstanding to work with, making me feel comfortable in what I felt was an uneasy situation simply because of the fact that I was not sure if I could get approved or not. The first problem started with the vehicle I was trading, a 2006 F-150 XLT with 70 some odd thousand miles on it, basically in very good condition. No dings, dents, scrapes rust etc......The owner or owners Pat and Dan, Dan mostly offered me an insultinly 7,500 for my trade, which I had seen a truck almost identical to mine out on their pre-owned lot that was being sold for 25,995. So this is where the problems began. After expressing my concerns regarding the trade price, I believe it was Dan, the one with the glasses, tried feeding me some sort of nonsense as to why his trade offer was what it was. Eventually we agreed on a value for the trade of somewhere in the ballpark of around 13,500, which I was not happy with but I still decided to move forward because I really wanted the truck I found and no other Ford dealer in the area had it. After working numbers, we came to an agreement, I filled out the credit application and went through every other process needed in order to try and get a loan for this truck, which by the way I had planned on putting down 10,000 dollars on top of my trade. After running my credit and submitting it to the bank, Rick, the finance manager came out to talk to me to explain that I am almost approved however there were a few other details they needed in order to get the approval. At this point, he went into the main office where i suppose the owners sit and do their business and I over heard the one with glasses flat out say very loudly, "he's a deadbeat!" I don't care who approves him, we are going to go with Sandtander, they will give him a high interest rate and we can hold 3 or 4 points and make extra money off this xxxx. Well, obviously I took major offence by this. Now I won't disclose my credit score, but it is by no means so horrible that I should be considered a deadbeat. I work hard, pay my bills, own a house. I simply fell on hard times years ago and am digging my way out of it. After hearing what I heard from the owner, I said something to him about his remarks.. The exact words were, "You're a xxxx, you're a xxxx, why would anyone give you a loan?" Then he had the nerve to actually then say, we did get you bought, whatever that means, so, would you lke to take the truck home today? I laughed at him and said, you can take that truck and stick up you know where. I felt bad for the salesman because he could have gotten the deal done had his obnoxious and degradig boss stayed out of it. Well, that same day I went to Coccia Ford in wilkes barre and found the same truck, they offered me over 23,000 dollars for by trade, discounted the truck very nicely and threw in some free accessories for the truck as well. I hear the rumors prior to going to DelBalso about them being scam artist and degrading the customers but I figured that was just a few people that maybe had bad exeperiences. Well, now I am driving around in the truck I wanted ever so badly, got financed at an amazing rate and my payments are almost half as what they would have been had I stayed with DelBalso., I don't know how this establisment stays in business or how Ford Motor Company, one of the largest corporations in the work would allow these people to own a Ford Dealership. They are tarnishing the Ford brand name to the fullest extent. I have already written letters to Ford praising the sales team they have there but also telling them how horrible the owners are with customers. This is one business that I wish wouls simply fold and go out of business. With that said a special thanks is due to Marc Jacien and Rick Burke for their outstanding and professional demeanor. They are valuable assets to that dealership and company, but they should certainly try and find a differently place to work because from what I see, that place is going no where and neither wil they if they stay there. So, haha to Dan and Pat Delbaso. This so called "deadbeat" is now driving a truck that could have been sold by you had you simply kept your thoughts to yourself. I would never recomend anyone going there for a car. They will rip you off and make you think they are doing you a favor by doing so. It is a true shame because Marc and Rick were an absolute pleasure to work with and I can almost see their frustration on their faces. They would be a valuable asset anywhere else. They personally would get a 5 star rating however because of the owner with glasses, that changed everything. More
Have had my 2013 Taurus here three times for warranty work. The first time they couldn't fix it and I had to bring it back and leave it for three days. When I did get it back, they had cut the arm rest while working on it. Last week I took it in because the sync system was not working correctly and when I got it back it didn't work at all. When I complained to the sales department, service was closed, I got excuses and then attitude. DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP! More
I have been there for ALL service to my 2012 Truck since purchase and while Sales and management ARE super! Service doesn't do work "up to specs" i.e. When an oil change and tire rotation were done They spi purchase and while Sales and management ARE super! Service doesn't do work "up to specs" i.e. When an oil change and tire rotation were done They spilled oil on manifold so smell was permeating thru-out truck, oil life guage wasn't reset, and when addressing my query as to excessively fast tire wear on tires "rated for 50,000 miles of normal usage" their response was 2 tires were 1 lb. low and when they measured tire tread depth they measured the deepest part of the tread instead of the shallowest part which will become illegal first! When I responded to their "online customer satisfaction survey" almost a month ago they still haven't contacted me as requested pertaining to my dis-satisfaction with both my quality of service and satisfaction level!!!
