Itsy is at the top of this food chain and you should start here. I went to Itsy and told him what I was looking for. A 2019 Toyota Corolla, base model. Cheap. He talked to Tom and Tom sent me a quote that, to be very honest, was looked at by a competitor (I won't say which one, I'll just say that Jack doesn't always say yes) and they said there was no way they could match this price. It was Lower than Jack's best price on a 2019 and it was a 2020 model, 1 step up from base! I was floored. Itsy really got the ball rolling for me. After deciding I wanted to add a few things to my car, since I was saving so much money, Tom handed me off to Momar. Momar got all my information ahead of time. He then drove to Columbia from Camp Springs and picked me up (45 min each way!) and drove me to the dealership. Once there, again I kid you not, the entire buying process took 42 minutes! In just 42 minutes I was out the door driving my 2020 Toyota Corolla. I have never had a more positive, easy, and all-about-me car buying experience in my life. A few weeks after I got the car the brakes started squeaking so I took it back to get looked at on Monday. The service rep advised me that the car needed front rotors. That's what the technician recommended. She said the parts weren't in stock and asked if I could return on Wednesday to get the work done. When I got home I contacted my salesman to advise him of what was going on with the car and asked if I would be responsible for the new rotors. He advised me he would contact his sales manager and he would take care of it not to worry. Wednesday became an appointment on Thursday at 7am, no big deal. When I got there on Thursday I was advised that my car was authorized to get the rotors turned. I was disappointed but agreed on the condition that the rotors should still be within factory limitations. Well I drove the car to SC for Christmas and guess what...Squeaking. Needless to say, I'm pissed!! I ordered the rotors and brake pads from Rockauto along with oil/cabin/air filters. I'll install them myself when they arrive. The sale went great..the follow-up/customer service..Not so much!! More
