Best new car purchase experience we have ever had. Ruchell, the (sales rep) was outstanding. She was responsive, knowledgeable and made the whole transaction easy. The sales manager (Scott) was very accommodating, friendly and ensured that the whole transaction went smooth and everyone was happy. The flow of the financial portion of the transaction couldn’t get better. We were told what was needed and once everything was agreed upon, the paperwork was correct and professionally presented. My husband dreaded having to have this experience but they turned him completely around and he is also completely happy with Passport Toyota buying experience. Well done Passport Toyota !!! More

This review if for the Service Center. I had my car towed here based on the very positive reviews which seem to mainly be for routine maintenance and oil changes. My Prius broke down imm I had my car towed here based on the very positive reviews which seem to mainly be for routine maintenance and oil changes. My Prius broke down immediately after an oil change with my regular mechanic. I had it towed to this location after my regular mechanic could not figure out the what was causing the issue. Passport Toyota did not diagnose my vehicle correctly in addition to being rude when my vehicle was dropped off and not being able to find the record that I had paid for the diagnosis when I was having it towed away from this location. I opted to not have them complete the recommended work due to the insane repair cost and after the recommended work was completed - the car still had the same issue. The service manager told me it was because I did not have everything done they recommended which was not true. I took had my car towed yet again to a mechanic that specializes in Toyota vehicles and they discovered the root issue which was the engine being overfilled during the oil change. When I notified the Service Manager of the root cause of the issue - he said that I did not give them another opportunity to further diagnose the vehicle after their original diagnoses. I'm not quite sure why I would do that at an expensive hourly rate when the vehicle wasn't correctly diagnosed to begin with. When my car was first towed here I tried to explain over the phone what was going on with my car (the fact that the issue happened immediately after an oil change and what it was doing) the service advisor told me he didn't need that information and that he had three people in front of him that he needed to assist and that they would do their own diagnoses. He then called back later that day to collect the information. Again - I'm not sure why I would want to pay more money for a diagnoses when the staff was rude and has argued with everything I have said even the proof of the actual root cause of the issue. This is exactly why I don't take my car to be serviced at Toyota dealerships. More

My experience with Toyota Service Center in Marlow Heights, Md was amazing. The Service advisor Steve A. is professional and knowledgeable. He listened Carefully to me regarding my vehicle concerns. He was spot on about what the problem may have been. He checked to see if I was under warranty. He explained the process to leave with a loaner if necessary until my vehicle was completed in a day. All staff I came in contact with made my first service experience wonderful. The pricing was also reasonable for my oil change and Tire rotation. I Drove away happy.
