They are rude, incompetent, unprofessional, disorganized, dishonest, deceitful and useless. They said they would call me when my tags were ready, and they never did, my temporary tags expired, and they still never called. My husband and I called and left them half a dozen messages, still no one called, we texted them, no one responded. When we finally managed to get someone on the phone he was soooo rude and unprofessional and instead of apologizing was telling me that it’s my fault. Spoke to several people after and they were all completely useless and unprofessional. Do not purchase from them even if your life depended on it! I More

Amazing (Kevin Soltwedel) Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the 2017 Nissan Altima(the one I wanted). I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the 2017 Nissan Altima(the one I wanted). I was most comfortable with. I visited two other dealerships prior to coming to Passport, and both of them were nightmares. My experience at Passport was much better and a huge relief. My salesman was Kevin Soltwedel and he was great about walking me through the process, answering all of my (many, many) questions, and he made the whole thing pretty easy. I was there for hours asking questions and looking at different models, but he was very patient and friendly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. In the end, I wound up with a car that was exactly what I wanted and I feel like I got a good deal. I'm loving my new car and feel great about my purchase. I would recommend Passport Nissan and especially Kevin to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
