For service they have usually 3 agents so there is little wait. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I can't recall they ever being late or having a "surprise". Awful. Avoid at all costs. I’ve owned three minis and had many relationships with various mini dealerships and this one is the worst. My Mini Countryman blew the clutch and I had it towed there. I was told bluntly over the phone that they needed almost $1,000 to even finish the diagnostic for the estimate. I Took my car for a second opinion to another shop and it passed the safety inspection. And those guys showed me the car insides and nothing needed repair. Despite telling the service rep that I needed to leave at a certain time to pick my son up from school, he ignored my need and told me that I needed an additional service that would take an additional hour. He did offer a loaner call, but it added an additional 20 minutes to the departure time. As a result, I missed picking up my son. The next day I when I returned, the car was not ready, and I had to miss additional time at work. Also, the invoice was higher than the estimate. I strongly suggest that you avoid this dealership at all costs. The don’t value your time as a customer, and they look for every opportunity to take your money unnecessarily. More
