I've owned my FX35 for 6 years and have used this dealership 3 times. Their web-bases services are poor. I made an appointment on line a few days ago asking if parts were available based on damages dealership 3 times. Their web-bases services are poor. I made an appointment on line a few days ago asking if parts were available based on damages assessed by Geico. The voicemail I received today didn't address that question. When I called to ask, Russell didn't know, and when he went to ask the service department, they said something to the effect "Well we don't trust Geico and you have to bring the car in. If we don't have the part, we'll have to order it." Translation: I'm making extra trips most likely and they don't car. I suspect they never looked at the Geico assessment as it's just two plastic parts broken from hitting an animal. My previous contact with this dealer was just as bad...I gave them a second chance because they're close to were I work. That won't happen again. In contrast, I've had excellent service with Infiniti of Tysons Corner...they're double the drive, but 10x better with service. They also sold me a 2010 G37 at a great price. Unlike Lexus, not all Infiniti dealers give great service. More
I towed in my 2005 FX Infinity (77460 miles) because the engine was not staring. The next day I called to check the status and I was told to contact Jon Connor the service consultant. I went to the dealeshi engine was not staring. The next day I called to check the status and I was told to contact Jon Connor the service consultant. I went to the dealeship and met this guy, he told me that the engine is locked up and need to be replaceed with new engine. And he told me It will cost me $ 14818.38 cents. I try to ask him why it locked up he said I have to pay if I want them to tell me what caused the engine to lock up. He was rude enough to tell me to take away my car from infinity parking lot immidiately and force me to call a tow truck if i don't want to replace the engine at their location. I towed my car to a German auto mechanics in spring field and find out the only problem with my Vehicle was starter and it only cost around $500.00 dollars Part + Labor. And I was wondering how many people exposed to unnecessary expense because of an awful service consultants and Mentally poor Mechanics working for this dealership. I talk to that particular location Infinity General Manager, Tim Raymond about my experiance with his service department, hope he will take some action to improve their service; but for me I will never take back my car for their service . If you still want to go there seeking their service My advice if they suggested an expensive service on your car get a second opinion. You will save yourself a lot Wossen More
This dealership is totally dishonest and worse! When I took my larger sedan purchased new - in for excessive oil consumption - 2 quarts/1,000 miles -I was told that it was NORMAL! The explanation would've took my larger sedan purchased new - in for excessive oil consumption - 2 quarts/1,000 miles -I was told that it was NORMAL! The explanation would've fooled someone who never heard of an internal combustion engine, but as an experienced car buff and expert mechanic myself, the LIE I was told would've meant this: When you turn the engine off, it turns itself upside down and then the oil runs down from the oil pan, past the rings, through the valves, and out the exhaust pipe although the car does not leak a drop. I called them on it and was told to set up a test -I must bring the car back in EXACTLY 1,000 mile inervals. They changed the oil and when I got it back and checked it, it was two quarts too full. When I couldn't time my return to EXACTLY 1,000 miles, I was told I had ruined the test. Also, the car burned out the audio amplifier. The car also burned out my radar detector and cell phone charger, so I used my top of the line digital voltage meter and found the voltage to run as high as 14.86 volts. I asked them to check it and they found that it never rose above 14.2 volts, so I actually have no problem. The amplifier had to come from Japan (apparently by sea turtle) so it was two months before they got it installed. In the mean time, I had filled in a negative report on their performance on the mailed to me customer satisfaction survery which I marked: do NOT disclose my name. So on the second visit, when I got the car back, the little button on the seat belt that holds the clip up was gone! The clip now slides down under the drivers seat every time I let it go. Also, while they were in the trunk for the amplifier, they apparently adjusted the trunk opener device so that now when I use the interior button or the remote to open the trunk, it pops open only to go right back down and latch again. Not to mention that the airbag warning system malfunctened five times in a row requiring a return to the service department and each time I had to leave it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED More

My loaner car was waiting for me and the repair was location has made a tremendous difference at this location. Exceptional service all around!!!! My loaner car was waiting for me and the repair was as smooth as can be. Perfect repair; everything was explained to me ahead of time without any surprises to catch me offgaurd. I didn't have to come back after the repair was finished. It was repaired to my total satisfaction. Quick response time with the repair. Totally recommend without a single doubt. If everyone was treated this nicely in life, we wouldn't have the problems in this world that we do now. I am so totally satisfied with my repair that I will not go anywhere else. I took my car for SES light and to check the brakes. I dropped the car off on Saturday at the dealership and filled about paperwork with the problem and was told since I have no appointment, they will cal dropped the car off on Saturday at the dealership and filled about paperwork with the problem and was told since I have no appointment, they will call me on Monday. No body called on Monday until I called them around noon. They had no information about the car, so i gace them my information over the phone and the guy on the other side said he will investigate and call me back. Teo hours passed by and no phone calls, I drove up there and they said we will look at it and give you a call. An hour later I received a call and mr. Jon mentioned the key to my car is not working and I need to bring my other key in so they can reprogram the keys, he did not forget to recommend all the services that would total up to $1500; when i asked about the reason about me bringing the car if they can figure out what it is and fix it, he had no clue what i brought the car in for. I brought them the key and was told they will call me on Monday with what needs to be done. I was also told there are no loaner cars and when i asked for a rental that i would pay for he gave me a phone number and said call them since we deal with them and they will come tp pick you up. I drove home and before I parked i get another call that there are no problems with the car and the keys are fixed and that i can come pick it up. I picked the car up and had a couple of questions in which i got the infamous i have no idea and i don't know answer.(thankfully they hosed the car to wash it, yup and i was not charged a dime, after all no work was done on the car) after i got home i figured let me try the keys that they fixed and to my surprise only one key is working. The valet key is not working. (It was working fine before). I recommend you never take your car there. More
I brought my car in for repairs, I had a rattle in the front right side they told me they knew what the problem was and it would cost $1150.00 and any other place it would have cost $600.00. I got the car front right side they told me they knew what the problem was and it would cost $1150.00 and any other place it would have cost $600.00. I got the car back and was told that the problem was 99% fixed but a front strut needed to be replaced but after 2 weeks I briught the car in and got a call saying sorry we missed this but the noise is the top engine mount. I'm not rich and 1100.00 is allt of money to have someone miss diagnose your car. the said the would put the part in and did not charge me for it but $160.00 vs 1100.00 is a big difference. More
