My wife and I have been patrons of Passport Inifiniti for 10 years and with the probable purchase of a 2014 Q50 later this year, intend to remain so. The central reason is Jon Connor as our Service Represent 10 years and with the probable purchase of a 2014 Q50 later this year, intend to remain so. The central reason is Jon Connor as our Service Representative. He knows us; he knows the car. I rated price "good" because it's hard to say any price is great - unless one compares it with what I used to have to pay a Mercedes dealership (which I would rate as "bad"). But it's not outlandish pricing and because Jon knows we'll be returning, everything that "could be done" isn't necessarily done if it can safely be held in abeyance for another oil change or two. That really helps pace the expense of maintaining a luxury car. And it's the right way to do business. More

On May 23 I brought my car in to the PASSPORT Infiniti in Alexandriafor a recall to change the SAB Connector that resides under the drivers side seat. I got it changed and was on my way but a few days later Alexandriafor a recall to change the SAB Connector that resides under the drivers side seat. I got it changed and was on my way but a few days later as I was adjusting the seat, I noticed that one of the seat adjustment buttons was not working properly. The seat was working fine until I brought it in VOLUNTARILY to get the recall done. The service specialist agreed for me to bring the car back and then told me that the motor was damaged. It's pretty unbelievable that I came in for a recall and the car is in WORSE shape than it was when I brought it in. I am really disappointed and have lost a lot of trust in infiniti to get mechanical fixes done PROPERLY. The Service Agent said that this is just a coincidence that this happened when the SAB Connecter was being replaced. Please contact me with a resolution. More
I brought my car in for service and it needed a fair amount of work done. Jon Connor made the experience not painful! He was wonderful friendly explained in detail what needed to be done. I did not feel amount of work done. Jon Connor made the experience not painful! He was wonderful friendly explained in detail what needed to be done. I did not feel pressure to do everything but ended up getting all of the suggested service done. The atmosphere of the entire place is great everyone is always friendly and curtious. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. While they may not be the cheapest I and my family always feel confident in the work performed and they always do some little extra thing....a future discount on oil change for example. I do find the price reasonable because in my line of work (construction) there is the saying " you get what you pay for!" And I do believe it is the same in the automotive world....you pay for what you get...and Passport overall is great and I do not mind paying a bit more for better top quality service. More
STAY AWAY from Passport! GO TO TYSONS CORNER Infiniti instead!! 10 out of 10 service every time since I vowed never to go back to passport. I went to passport to see if a TSB for brake juddering ap instead!! 10 out of 10 service every time since I vowed never to go back to passport. I went to passport to see if a TSB for brake juddering applied to my 2008 G35S sedan (33k miles). He told me that the TSB did not apply and that I would need new pads all around (3-4mm) and front rotor resurfacing for some ridiculous sum of money. Part of the TSB entails installing a cooling duct to allow more fresh air through the discs to prevent warping which leads to juddering (car vibrating). So I mentioned that if I do decide to pay to have that work done, can you still also perform the TSB so my NEWLY installed and paid for brakes don't warp and wear prematurely. He said "I do not have premature wear now, so I will not have it later...The TSB does not apply." I declined service and went to Tysons Corner Infiniti and had TSB performed for free under warranty AND they said my pads were at 6-7mm!!! Beware of passport and the liars that work there! More
I can only think of one example of a customer service representative going above and beyond in my experience, and it wasn’t even that significant, it was also about 30 years ago - in the days when a comp representative going above and beyond in my experience, and it wasn’t even that significant, it was also about 30 years ago - in the days when a company was concerned with every individual and the customer was always right. I thought those days were completely gone and certainly not part of todays generational view of the customer. That is until I went to Passport Infiniti in Alexandria, VA and was transferred over to Mr. Jon Conner, the customer service technical rep. Once maybe in your lifetime you run into someone who is pleasant, approachable, listens and truly shows sympathy with a customers woes. My Infiniti 2011, I30 had an engine light on and this prevented me from passing the emissions test for a registration renewal. To make a long story short, I had to return three times, each time the engine light came on again, and again. After about $4,000 the car is fine now. You would think that after returning time after time after time and spending that large sum of money that a customer would get mad - even worse - screaming and yelling. I could have taken that route but it was Mr. Conner who somehow made me feel OK about having to go through this episode of car repair. I don't have the kind of money to lay out $4,000 in a clip, it hurt, it hurt alot but somehow I am ok with it. My conclusion is that a sympathetic, cordial, kind and understanding customer rep. can make even the worst of situations ok. Thank you Mr. Conner. I only wish I could duplicate you and your character over and over and over again and have you work at all the businesses I deal with. Tom Trivisani More

I brought in my FX for maintenance. It was such a pleasant experience. I felt that I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and with excellent customer service. I pulled into the servic pleasant experience. I felt that I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and with excellent customer service. I pulled into the service lane, on time for my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and had no wait. My service advisor went through the process smoothly and explained exactly what was going to take place, told me the estimated completion time and then directed me to the right area to pick up my loaner. I received a phone call that afternoon when my truck was ready. It was a seamless process and my truck was so clean when I picked it up. WOW.... very happy! More
I have brought my new purchased car, 2005 FX35, for a routine post purchase inspection at the Passport Infinity of Alexandria, VA. The only repairs that I requested were related to 2 door actuators malfu routine post purchase inspection at the Passport Infinity of Alexandria, VA. The only repairs that I requested were related to 2 door actuators malfunctioning and one window control switch. Unfortunately the car was returned to me with additional issues. The driver side mirror controls were not functioning and there was a scratch in to the window protective film. I report my findings as I pick up the car and it was suggested to me that it may have been a contact left loose in the door as there was work that have been performed and that the scratch in the window film was not their fault as noting in the door could have scratch the film. I returned my car the next day and following the investigation was revealed that the entire engine of the controls needs to be replaced. The entire mirror minus the casing was replaced. This process took more than a week, with the car blocked in the service. Picking up the car for the second time I have observed a bump in the back bumper and ask the Service technician what happened? He flat out insinuated that I am imagining issues with my car and that there was nothing high enough in the garage that could my car have been backed in to it. The bottom line is that I left the dealership with a car that was hit in the back bumper and with an interior window scratch of the protective film. Also there were 2 paint chips scratches from doors that have bumped in to the sides of my car during the weeklong stay at the dealership. The Post Purchase Inspection stated in writing that I have a car in Excellent Condition. 1 week after this report was give to me ( for 250$) by Passport Infinity of Alexandria, VA my exhaust system start rattling and upon future inspections I discover that the entire system was heavily corroded, including 2 large holes. As it was explained to me by exhaust systems experts in a different dealership garage, the problem that I was dealing with is quite common for cars with low mileage and over 5 years of age. As the car was not run enough the acid have not exited the exhaust and so it corroded more aggressively the system. As you could imagine I did not return to the Infinity Dealership to have any more work being done on the car as I have released that not only they were lying to me but they were actively messing with my car. PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Dealership and do not fall for the apparent “nice” looking facilities …brand new actually. Service is terrible and the risk of walking away with additional issues is real….look what happened to me. Cheers. More
