We forwarded your feedback to management for review and upon further investigation, we see your vehicle needed a more in-depth diagnosis due to multiple issues with your vehicle. Our records indicate you were sent estimates and approved of all work performed on your vehicle; once the approved replacement for your fuse box was completed, our shop foreman inspected your vehicle and found further repairs that were needed.
