BLUF, I had a frustrating experience with this dealer after expressing interest in a used BMW. Despite frequent communication and scheduling the car purchase appointment, I arrived at the dealership only after expressing interest in a used BMW. Despite frequent communication and scheduling the car purchase appointment, I arrived at the dealership only to be informed that the car had been sold to someone else just hours earlier. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealer. After expressing interest in a used BMW they advertised online, they contacted me almost daily for a week. When I finally decided to proceed with the purchase and trade in my old vehicle, I began returning their calls and spoke with Mohammad and Tin. They even sent me a video of the car, which I really liked. We scheduled an appointment for me to pick it up on Saturday, just three days later. I prepared my old car for the trade-in, secured a loan from my bank, and had the check ready. On Saturday morning, Mohammad called to confirm our appointment. When I assured him I would arrive as planned in about two hours at 11 AM, he apologized, stating he would be busy, but that Tin would assist me instead. An hour later, Tin called to confirm my arrival, and I reiterated that I was indeed coming. He assured me he would have everything ready and would be waiting for my arrival. After driving an hour to the dealership, I met Tin and took a seat to begin the purchasing process. However, I noticed Tin speaking to another manager named Mohammad. When he returned, he regretfully informed me that the car had been sold to someone else that very morning. More

Terrible experience drove in 4 hours of traffic to take a look at a vehicle and came with my own financing. Asked for a quote for a broken piece on the vehicle and asked repeatedly to have dealership send ov look at a vehicle and came with my own financing. Asked for a quote for a broken piece on the vehicle and asked repeatedly to have dealership send over documents to my bank and they kept telling my salesman they couldn’t do it. I have the manager call me and ask me if I want to use their financing I tell him no and as I’m waiting for the paperwork to get sorted out (while I have a signed purchase agreement) I find out on a Monday Afternoon after I’ve been working all day to play middle man between the dealer and the bank that the car was sold the prior Saturday. I have bought many, many vehicles over the years and had an experience with this dealer that I had never witnessed before. I spent several days remotely getting information about the vehicle. They sent pictures and videos, etc. and I decided to purchase the vehicle. I sent in an application and got approved for everything, but they wouldn't sell it to me. I had already received approved outside financing and they wanted me to finance with them. That would have been fine if they didn't mark up the rates so much. The rate they offered me was 2 points higher than the rates offered by other dealers. They would not hold the car for me to secure the financing with the lender (something that could have been done in a day or two). This is the first time I have ever worked with a dealer that would not take my money. It was really frustrating and a huge waste of everyone's time. if you don't mind financing with their inflated interest rates then you should be OK, but if you want to use an outside lender then don't bother with this dealership.
