When I received the call to pick my car up my Black 430XI 2019 BMW I was shocked how clean and shinny it was inside and out side. My car was beautiful and I was very happy. My car is a year old but you could not tell it by looking at it my car looked like it was just drove off their showroom floor. Passport BMW Services Advisors are all sent though an intense Customer Service training program trained by their Service Director Mr. Joey Bonilla. This program is what all BMW Service Advisors show have to complete because let me tell you I have been to other BMW Dealership through out the US and none of them come close to Mr. Bonilla teams. Passport BMW is number one in customer services. I am telling all customers if you want to purchases a BMW go to Passport BMW because their customer service Advisors are the best. More
