I took a risk by purchasing a used 2008 BMW. I don’t know much about cars and took my car to Passport BMW. During my first visit, the overall experience was about average. I recently visited Passport BMW a few days ago to have them check my car for a transmission issue. The person who helped me was Mr. Balaze Kiss. He offered great customer service and sincerity. Terrible Team. From Service Management to Advisor. I called in early morning to ask for a labor quote on my vehicle's front suspension & was given one but declined that particular work done. I then asked about warranty work that my vehicle was still ELIGIBLE for. I informed my advisor Stephanie Sandoval that I would be having my vehicle towed in to handle the warranty work. Having background knowledge on warranty work, I know that Advisor's tend not to like to handle that type of work granted they are not compensated as much as labor work. Once my vehicle arrived at the dealership, my advisor sends me an automated text 4 hours after arrival (tow truck driver called me immediately as he dropped it off) with no update. I call in & ask for an update & was told by my advisor that I would receive a call back once she spoke with the Technician. Never got a call back, instead I received a text stating " Due to your front suspension, we cant get your vehicle into the shop. My manager (TJ Lipinski) said that you will have to get that fixed first before we can even(test) the battery." Now, I have had work done on the same vehicle whereas my vehicle arrived to a BMW Certified dealership undriveable, & the Technician's there were able to roll the vehicle into the shop to handle the work. In this particular case, I was sent this message 100% sure because I declined suspension work instead just warranty work. This is exactly how all of the Service Advisors at BMW PASSPORT behave when it comes to warranty work. It is very unprofessional, I have been to numerous BMW Certified Dealerships, as I just moved to this area, & this dealership by FAR has given me the biggest headache over the smallest issues. I do not usually sit & type out my frustrations through reviews but I have attempted to speak with the Service Manager, TJ LIPINKSI, but of course as expected I did not receive a call back. I recently received a letter from this dealership interested in my vehicle to bring it in for possible trade-in as they need USED CARS for their inventory. Instead I will gladly take my valued business elsewhere. More

Harry is the best service advisor at Passport. He is very trustworthy and straightforward. He also keeps waiting customers informed of the status of repairs and gets the paperwork completed and closed very trustworthy and straightforward.
