Sent an email asking the mileage of a vehicle, because they listed it as 0 miles. The response did not answer the question in the slightest. Waste of time. they listed it as 0 miles. The response did not answer the question in the slightest. Waste of time. More
Had to search for someone to help. Saw the car and was shocked to final a lot of cosmetic damage not seen in pics including bald tires. Told I was getting a good deal however windshiel Saw the car and was shocked to final a lot of cosmetic damage not seen in pics including bald tires. Told I was getting a good deal however windshield was chipped, console leather cracked badly, visible damage to front grill like it had hit something and the same with the rear bumper. When I pointed all of it out they got defensive say they go off of carfax. I pointed out the car was fair condition at best and they had it priced as if it was in excellent condition. I told them the car would not pass inspection and they made it seem that they used a place down the street that maybe a little sketchy. I offered fair price according to KBB and he got upset. I told them they could keep the car as I felt they were dishonest, shady and just trying to get over on me as I am a female. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. More
My wife and I looked and looked for a car near or below 10k with decent mileage. Pary’s had what looked like the car; a 2014 Chevy Sonic. They showed it to us over FaceTime before we came down. They wer 10k with decent mileage. Pary’s had what looked like the car; a 2014 Chevy Sonic. They showed it to us over FaceTime before we came down. They were friendly and answered all our questions. They wouldn’t haggle but the price was already good. they are family owned. We spoke with the father, the adult daughter Pary (dealers namesake), and the young adult son. They are all super nice. The car is driving really well and we are very pleased. I highly recommend checking them out! More
I came here buy a Dodge Ram Truck to tow something back to California. I spoke extensively to the sales person, and he did tell me in advance that there was a check engine light for a fuel sensor failure, to California. I spoke extensively to the sales person, and he did tell me in advance that there was a check engine light for a fuel sensor failure, and that it was odd since they changed the fuel pump and that should have fixed it. Said something about reprogramming at the dealer to get rid of the light. That should have been a red flag. I asked if they have the title and he said yes. After I decided to buy the truck, I asked to see the title and was told it was offsite and would be mailed out on Mon (2 days later). 5 days later I am in California and ask if the title has been mailed out and I am told they don't have it they are waiting for the auction house to send it. 2 weeks later same story so I tell them to call the auction house, after which i am told they do not have it and the original seller has it. In the end I finally get the title about 6 weeks later, when in fact a dealer should not sell a car unless they have the title in hand. I wish that's all I had to say. The car has a bad oil pressure sensor, and the fuel pump was never changed both of which are showing a check engine light. They did reset the oil change timer, but did not change the oil. The upper control arm ball joints are bad and have to be replaced. There is a misfire on a cylinder and after taking it to the dodge dealer they confirmed one of the lifters is worn and the engine needs to be opened up to fix it. Bought the car for almost $10k, and it will cost about $5-6k to fix these issues before I can even get it smogged to register it. None of which were declared by them. I was in a hurry, and had not bought a used car in decades so I was a little foolhardy in thinking a dealer would take more care in disclosing issues. Certainly not this one. Oh well lesson learned.
