I called Kelsey after i had gotten the email and she was very pleasant to me and answered the questions that i asked. We decided to drive up at take a look at the car and see what i could get for my trade in. When we got there Kelsey meet us right away and showed us the car, they gave us a very very fair price for my trade in so we decided to purchase the car. We had gotten up there pretty late in the day as it is a 2 1/2 drive from where we live. Deb Bula stayed past her shift to get the financing together for us so we could leave that night with the new car. That to me was worth the long drive for us. They treated us with respect, and we felt our business was very much appreciated. I would recommend Parson of Eagle River for anyone that is looking for super and friendly service, with no high sale pressure..Thank You Kelsey and Deb... Julie B More
After negotiating a price for awhile my husband and I thought $99 off sticker price and a tank of fuel would be a good offer especially since we were unaware if the timing belt was replaced or not and th thought $99 off sticker price and a tank of fuel would be a good offer especially since we were unaware if the timing belt was replaced or not and they said they couldn't do it! A timing belt is $800 repair through a local shop here and it has to be replaced after certain mileage or you risk ruining your engine. I thought are offer was more than fair and Bill said they could only do one or the other. We were taking a gamble with that price. I feel sorry for whatever person does buy it at 'their' price. They shouldn't have paid so much for trade in. Not my fault your only making $300 on a deal at that price (which I still think was just a sales ploy) More
