Each only gave the name of another. Parsons was just as busy but gave this almost stranded traveler what I wanted at the time I needed it most. That's a service model I believe people can trust. More
Take pride in what you sell!! Buyer beware! I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Se I recently purchased a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Parson's GM of Eagle River Wisconsin. I am completely dissatisfied with this dealership from Sales to Service. From the initial pickup of my new car, the car was not detailed, it was not waxed, not vacuumed, there were big sticker residues all over the windshield, and not even a half a tank of gas to say the least. Since it was pouring rain at the dealership for pick up, I meticulously went around my new car after I got home and found other problems. There was a big gash in the driver's front tire and wheel and the passenger side parking light was burnt out... and this car sat on their lot for 8 months without them even noticing it! After emailing my salesman as soon as I noticed these problems, I scheduled an appointment to have these looked at. Before they replaced my tire, I was immediately accused of gashing my own tire, and I stated this is the third car I purchased from you in 15 years!! I received a sarcastic comment, 'well, the customer is always right, but who's paying for this?' After they replaced my tire, I had to drive back immediately to have my TPS sensors reset since they did not set it right or even had the correct air pressure in each tire. When I saw 3 service employees standing around my new car trying to figure out how to fix a TPS service light and one of them is 'leaning up' on my new car in confusion, and to see their patches on their clothes that indicated 'Certified GM Technician', I had to laugh in disgust. I am a loyal GM buyer, but this is now making me think twice about ever buying a vehicle from this dealership again. I also felt that I was screwed over on my trade in when now I see that they're selling it for $6,847 and giving me only 3,000 for my 2008 Cobalt but telling me it wasn't worth any more than that. I'm an avid car enthusiast and take pride in my own vehicles since I was a teenager. When I traded in my 2008 Cobalt, not only did I just wax it, detailed it, but I also left my $5,000 stereo system and a second set of tires and wheels in it as a selling point hoping to get more, with not even one single scratch, dent, and hardly any rust at 128k miles!! To bring home a new car that is not even detailed or even gassed up is one thing, but to trade in my car that is cleaner, detailed, gassed up, and waxed makes me think that they only cared about making the sale and they take no pride with their vehicles on their own lot. This Dealership impressed this retired policeman. The day before we went to Minocqua and tried two vehicles and sat down to talk price. The salesman took the vehicle spec and price sheet on the car we were interested in and wrote my name on it. He then laid it on the desk and said he had to do something and left. I told the wife that sheet was placed there for his benefit and our curiosity. When he came back I told him that before an interrogation we place evidence on the desk for visual assessment by the suspects. Then when working over the figures he continually and repeatedly brought up the value and importance of a certified vehicle. I then recognized that he was using it as a hook. My visit to Parsons to try out some used vehicle was just the total opposite on the next day. I can only repeat the experience of others. Steve the salesman and Scott the financial manager were of the highest Character. Everything was above the table and their energy was consistently focused on the wants of the customer and leaving no question unanswered. Informative and helpful but never pressuring. I purchased a used vehicle in such an easy manner that I had to pitch myself. I would refer others to this pleasant hard working professional and friendly team and I would return again to purchase a vehicle. It was a comfort to deal with people who know how to sell cars with respect and equality to deliver the needs of the customer enabling a well supported decision ... More

Working with Kelsey was great! First of all, there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership when we pulled up to shop. It was pleasant not having a sales person run up to your window as soon as you pull pressure from anyone at the dealership when we pulled up to shop. It was pleasant not having a sales person run up to your window as soon as you pulled into the lot. Kelsey as very pleasant to work with, answered all of our questions and helped us through everything. Her and Debbie took care of all the paperwork, so pretty much all we had to do was come in, sign and drive away. VERY easy to work with. I will be visiting them again when we're ready for another car. More
I found the vehicle we were looking for on Auto Trader.com. When I emailed Parson's of Eagle River about it, they replied quickly. My contact salesperson was Kelsey Martinson. She was a pleasure to Trader.com. When I emailed Parson's of Eagle River about it, they replied quickly. My contact salesperson was Kelsey Martinson. She was a pleasure to deal with. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had very promptly. I felt that she was very thorough and paid attention to details. I found Kelsey to be very genuine and I found the entire staff at Parson's to be very friendly and courteous. They really seemed like family and I had more than one employee tell me that is the reason they like working there. Owner, Bill Weber's approach was low pressure and I felt very comfortable dealing with him also. We had several good laughs and he and Kelsey actually made the experience fun. Parson's of Eagle River, Wis. has got there act together and I would not hesitate dealing with them again in the future. Sincerely, Tom Weidert, Delavan, Wis. More

She did all the leg work that I live outside the city of Chicago. I found the Dodge pick up on line and couldn't get up to Eagle River right away.
