So far, on 4 totally different occasions, they have had the vehicle we need when we needed it. There is a Chevy dealership literally 1 mile away & we continue to return to Parson's. They make U feel like old friends & we have been very satisfied over the years. Family members recommended Parson's to us originally for the very same reasons. The worst customer service. Paid them for diagnostics on our truck. Several thousand to fix. Was their service department not competent the first time when they had our vehicle but had us waste a trip to have service and changing the repairs needed. We asked for a refund of first incorrect diagnosis and we were told the second was complimentary and they would not credit. Will never use this dealership. After purchasing other vehicles there this was a great disappointment for how they treat returning business. Two thumbs down!!! More
