Reluctant Buyer Finally Commits I hadn't purchased a new car in 13 years. I found it difficult to decide which car to buy. In fact it took over a year to make a decision. I had ordered a Subaru Forester and cancelled it. I switched to the Highlander. Bob at Parkway Toyota made me feel comfortable and at ease with my decision. Great experience till the end This was my second time attempting to by a car from this dealership. The first time I went we had a sales person that was rude and uninterested in wor This was my second time attempting to by a car from this dealership. The first time I went we had a sales person that was rude and uninterested in working with us on buying a car. I really believe it was Danny Cigercioglu. Today we went back a year later worked with Todd and the store manager and put down $4000 on a car and was on the way to finalizing my purchase, When Danny Cigercioglu came over to go over financing he was rude and dismissive. When we questioned him about the finance process he became accusatory and hostile. We went from having a great experience to a terrible one in 3 minutes flat. We immediately asked for a refund and left. I’m not sure if this guy has a prejudice or what but it was a bizarre and uncomfortable turn of events, In particular because my husband and I were with my young daughter and the whole situation was awful at the end. I can’t recommend this dealership. More

Long Term Relationship I have been a customer at this Toyota for more than 16 years. I drive the Sequoia and my husband drives a 4-Runner. Their staff is friendly, knowled I have been a customer at this Toyota for more than 16 years. I drive the Sequoia and my husband drives a 4-Runner. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. When I have had emergencies they have taken me in immediately and when there were issues that needed more time, they were accommodating to my schedule and took care of the issue immediately. All of the guys in service are great but Peter Leigh, Victor and both Daves are great to work with. In the showroom, we have worked with Bob numerous times and as I've said, my family has been with these guys for over 16 years. I will continue to drive Toyota and I will continue to utilize Parkway Toyota. Thanks guys! More
