(This has not always been my experience at other dealerships.) I was able to start and finish my purchase transaction with the same salesperson and this was important to me. Others were always willing to help out by answering questions if my salesman was with another customer when I stopped in unannounced. My sales rep listened to me go over what I was looking for in a new vehicle and only after I has finished, offered a couple of options that he thought would best fit my needs and price point. (I think that is very important and again not always the case at other dealerships.) More
