I scheduled an appointment with the service department for one of numerous recalls on my Santa Fe, and dropped my vehicle off for that repair and another two service checks related to dashboard indicator for one of numerous recalls on my Santa Fe, and dropped my vehicle off for that repair and another two service checks related to dashboard indicator lights. I was quoted $175 for *each* diagnostic of the service lights, so I declined one. Three hours after my appointment time I called to inquire about the status and was informed that they were getting ready to start working on my vehicle. When they finally finished the recall repair and checked on the indicator, they also had a list of 8 other needs for service, many of which had been recently completed. I was informed that the diagnostic fee would not apply to any of the needed repairs, and that my bill for the $175 diagnostic fee would be $230 due to a required $30 “miscellaneous fee,” plus taxes. When I questioned the miscellaneous fee, I was told that “everyone pays it.” The service person assigned to me knew nothing about the cost of each individual repair of the $2000+ list provided, and could provide no further information. Do you want honest, up front, efficient service? Do not go here! More

You all should be embarrassed; my wife owns a Genesis which is made by Hyundai. She called to schedule an oil change as there are no Genesis dealers in Wilmington. She told them the details of her car which is made by Hyundai. She called to schedule an oil change as there are no Genesis dealers in Wilmington. She told them the details of her car to be serviced, drove an hour from Oak Island to be told that they can't change the oil because they don't have the filter. No offer to call the local parts store to have one delivered, no effort at all. No apology either, just we can't service this. I have called to speak to the service manager 4 times and have been sent to his voice mail which is FULL which shows that he is NOT listening to voice mails. This place is a joke. More

We were so pleased with the buying experience until we didn't receive our tags and title before the temporary ones expired. So now I have a beautiful, paid up, used car in my driveway that I am not going to be able to drive until somebody there corrects their mistakes. Besides the inconvenience of the situation, no one we talked to at Parkway has offered any sort of apology for this situation. More
I’ve been going to this dealership for 3 years with fair customer service! I went today to correct a mistake from a previous service appointment, now a happy customer. The car won my heart almost immediately, but the staff is chill and very knowledgeable about their cars, which I In short, my experience was perfect. WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR FROM. Within the first month I had to take the car back to the dealship from my car turning off while driving. Just know to stay away from this dealership if purchasing a vechile. I would rate this dealership negative star if I could. More
