As expected, You meet the nicest people on a Honda Airbag recall on 2011 Element. Came a few minutes early and they took the E back. Recall on airbag inflator Called Parkway as soon as I received notice in mail. Receptionist very friendly and offered me several appointments to fit my schedule. Arrived day of appointment a little early but they took my car right in. Service tech also very pleasant. Waiting area very clean. There was a large screen TV to keep you entertained, as well as fresh ground coffee. Had my car done in about an hour just like they said they would. It was unfortunate to have a recall on my car, but i really didn't feel inconvenienced at all. Great place! More

Service Advisor Trevor Sunderland was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very polite and business like and answered all my questions. He also was very helpful in recommending other services such as replacing the transmission fluid and servicing the VTM. The vehicle was ready on time and he even had it washed for me.
