Parkway Honda - Service Center

Much better than expected I brought my car in for 3 issues. None of which were a reflection of the durability or reliability of the car. Just a drooping visor, (my fault), a re I brought my car in for 3 issues. None of which were a reflection of the durability or reliability of the car. Just a drooping visor, (my fault), a recall on the airbag and a code that was appearing. I expected to at least pay for labor while they determined what was wrong but there was no charge at all for the visit. They fixed the code issue, replaced the airbag inflator and ordered me a new visor. The wait was reasonable considering the task. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Trevor was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. I won't take my car anywhere else. More

Oil change/Tire rotation Called Friday morning for drop off appt. at lunch to be done Friday or Saturday. Adam called back 2 hours later and they had my vehicle done. Very good! I called with an emergency and Adam said to bring it down (from Canton) and he would try to work me in. Another mechanic had overfilled the transmiss I called with an emergency and Adam said to bring it down (from Canton) and he would try to work me in. Another mechanic had overfilled the transmission fluid and it was causing problems! It was definitely a busy Monday! Trevor took it right in when I arrived. I thought it would probably not get done and I would be sitting here till 5PM waiting for my son to pick me up after he got off work. That's what I had planned, but Trevor had it done before 5PM!!! Praising GOD! I would like to thank Adam, Trevor, and especially the mechanic who worked on my HONDA! I do need to return as the "D" on the dash is blinking and Trevor said a part would need to be replaced should it begin blinking again. So, I will see you Tuesday, Dec. 18 at 1:30 PM. Thank you so very much! Feeling much safer knowing a HONDA repair shop is taking good care of my HONDA! More
