Amazing customer service I brought my car in for the safety recall for airbags. From the time I arrived at Parkway Honda I was treated so well. I was greeted, taken into a wai I brought my car in for the safety recall for airbags. From the time I arrived at Parkway Honda I was treated so well. I was greeted, taken into a waiting area, shown I could get free coffee and a nice clean comfortable area to sit. I was told that it would take an hour. Well it took less than an hour and Not only was it done on time, my car was also washed and ready for me to take it out. The gentleman that took care of me in the service department had exceptionally High customer service skills. Well I don't remember his name, he was terrific. More
