So I lost all oil on my way home and the guy had to drive it or wanted me to drive it back down to them with no oil in it. The truck was towed back and gone over for 2 days with no phone calls (I had to call them). Mr.Scott was supposed to be sending me and email covering the internals of the motor until my next oil change. (5,000) have never received anything just like the phone calls. I guess this is what attorneys are for. More

The Quick Lane at this dealership had wonderful personnel (Jared, Stephen, etc.) over the years that had earned my trust and I had a lot of confidence in them. The service department personnel are still good, especially Q, and I trust them and their staff.
