I took my Jeep in for several issues. Dropped it off because it was no longer drivable. Appointment wasn’t scheduled until January 2nd. They diagnosed my Jeep AND fixed it a week earlier. Not very impressed they still can’t find what’s making the noise on driver side back wheel. George told me there was no noise kind of funny it’s still doing it. I purchased a set of tires recently and the back passenger tire's lug nuts were not tightened. I saw one of the nuts on my driveway and realized then that two nuts were gone. The rest of the nuts passenger tire's lug nuts were not tightened. I saw one of the nuts on my driveway and realized then that two nuts were gone. The rest of the nuts were only hand tightened. I'm glad I did not loose this tire on the freeway, could have caused a bad accident! More

Called in to schedule service on my daughters car for a recall. Service was able to be scheduled quickly to work around her being home from college.
