This was by far one of the best experiences I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. Initially, I called in over the phone with some basic questions. Randy Upperman answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. This was huge for me. I have a very full plate and a busy schedule. I am from Cambridge and when I first stopped by the dealership there with limited time, the salesmen did not even give me the follow up call I asked for. When I called back in I got the same old "stop in so we can talk" pressure type sale. Even after I finally did stop in, their sales manager that worked there for years was not nearly as knowledgeable as Randy. What was even better was that they asked me to stop back in the next day so they can have their new sales manager whom formerly worked at Parkway review my deal. In the meantime, Randy secured the truck I was looking for and came through for me and his hardwork and commitment earned my business. Thank you Randy and Parkway! More
