Wonderful purchase experience! Our lease on our 2015 MKZ was up and we really wanted another Lincoln. We decided on a 2019 MKC Reserve. We were specific as to options and color and learned that the MKC that we wanted was in stock at Parkway. We live about 70 miles away. I spoke with Amanda first, and she introduced me to Randy Upperman. The car was still in the factory and en route to Dover! They called me as soon as it arrived. Randy made the transaction easy. He is a real pro. Amanda and Rachel were terrific, too! I wish we lived closer, because there is a very positive atmosphere at Parkway. It is nice to deal with a group of people that love their job. The lease on my 2017 Ford Fusion Energi is up next year. I hope to visit again. It is time for my Mustang! More
