Sales policy and staff were excellent I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers i I ordered a new F150 in May 2017. They have a one price policy and it was the best price around. I compared ordering the exact F150 with two dealers in Las Vegas and one in St. George. Cedar City Ford had the best price of the four dealerships I got identical quotes from. Glen Crawford handled the order and it went smoothly. Their one price sales policy is highly recommended! More
BEWARE!!! GREG IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!! EVERY TIME I SPOKE TO HIM (AND THERE WERE MORE THAN 7 TIMES) HE COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OFF THE GREG IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!! EVERY TIME I SPOKE TO HIM (AND THERE WERE MORE THAN 7 TIMES) HE COULDN'T WAIT TO GET OFF THE PHONE WITH ME AND GAVE ME ONE WORD SHORT ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS REGARDING MY REPAIR. THEY HAVE HAD MY TRUCK FOR OVER A MONTH NOW (YES I SAID A MONTH) AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME OFF ANOTHER 3 DAYS EVERY TIME I CALL THEM. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP! More
It took them three tries!! I took my truck to them first to get my alarm fixed because the truck wouldn't work. After being given my keys and the bill I paid them for their wor I took my truck to them first to get my alarm fixed because the truck wouldn't work. After being given my keys and the bill I paid them for their work. When I went to go start my truck it would not start. STRIKE ONE. I then brought it back to them and told them to fix it. Why isn't my truck starting? Why didn't you realize the problem. They did not know, and had no accountability. SRIKE TWO. I came back the next day after them telling me that my alternator and battery were dead. Once again I was given my bill, and my keys, I paid them again and went to start my truck. This time the truck started, HOWEVER, there was a now a very loud squeeling coming from the engine. I immiedtly knew something was wrong. I popped the hood still in their parking lot, and listened to my enegine. The belt around the alternator that they had just replaced, was loose and flopping. I shut off the engine, and felt the tension on the belt. I could have taken that belt off if I wanted to!!! Once again for the third dangtime . Went in and told them they had messed up and to fix my daggon truck! STRIKE THREE!!! No quality assurance, no accountability, and poor improper maintenance. They did an absolutely horrrible job. This is a dealership and they acted like some kid in a garage who didnt know what they were doing. I would not recommend this dealer service to anyone. I will not be coming back and advise you not to visit this center. More
