The Black Friday deal provided at Parkway which gave an extra $2,000.00 on to any trade-in was also phenomenal and helpful. I would recommend Parkway and Rachel to anyone looking for a new vehicle and I look forward to working with them in the future. More
Very bad service my salesperson name who handle my transaction (Jay) he was all over me before I signed the lease I paid my start up fee that include everything I told him when you get my license plat transaction (Jay) he was all over me before I signed the lease I paid my start up fee that include everything I told him when you get my license plate please mail it to my house he said sure I got the car few days later on Friday got a call from the dealership your license plate here come down and pick it up and also there is $130.00 fee!!!?? I called back on Monday to see what’s going on I called Jay around 10am no answer left a message called again around 12pm no answer left a massage again I called him again around 2pm he answered wow I told him the story oh don’t worry let me see what’s going on I will call you right back never did I called again on Tuesday around 9am no answer left a message called again around 12pm no answer left a massage around 2pm I said to myself I had it with him so I called again this time I ask for his manager the lady at the front did not want to give me the manager I guess she did not want him to get into a trouble so anyway I hung up with her had to call Chrysler and make complain I was very surprised they rally did not do anything but talk to the dealer about this issue and the dealer refused to pay for the plate so I went to the secretary of state and bought new one and I told Jay he can keep my plate what a bad experience never again that’s for sure and if you don’t believe me people go there and experience it your self. I left my car twice at this place (11am to 7pm, then 10am to 530pm) - to have my heat fixed. Whether it was because its under warantee and they only fix cars for paying customers, or they are just plain jerk to 530pm) - to have my heat fixed. But 2 full days at the dealership and they tell me they never got around to fixing it. The worst part is, the service adviser Tommy Frederick LIED to me saying that they needed to order a part to fix the car. Sorry Tommy, your technician and service cashier blew your cover when they told me that the part is actually IN STOCK, but they never got around to fixing my car. The thing that makes me crazy is that they never called me to tell me that my car was NOT being fixed. All day they told me that my car is being "worked on", but then I go there at the end of the day, and they haven't even opened up my car! What kind of operation are they running? If it is too busy and the job cannot be done, please let me know and do not waste my time. Please, at least give me the respect and communicate with me. And what is the problem with Mr. Tommy Frederick? Does he need a lesson on professionalism and customer service? Does he need a lesson on how to NOT LIE? More
This salesperson, Yaz Abusaif, repeatedly lied to us and basically stole our trade in. Per blue book value, our trade should've been $3,541 in fair condition. Chrysler also gave a bonus trade in of $750 f basically stole our trade in. Per blue book value, our trade should've been $3,541 in fair condition. Chrysler also gave a bonus trade in of $750 for minivans. This means that our trade in value should've been at leat $4000 - we were given a measely $900 for the vehicle for a total trade in value including the Chrysler bonus of $1650. This is over $2000 less than what we should've gotten. Our salesperson repeatedly lied and said it was $1900 (which was still low) but he had to write it a certain way on the deal, $900 for trade in value and the $1000 as "rebate funds". He also insisted that his dealership was throwing in the $1000 as a bonus on the $900?? When we questioned this repeatedly he was very rude and said you cant get the EP price (we have employee discount) and the higher amount for your trade in? I've since found out through Chrysler directly that this salesperson is a complete fraud and that non of his explanations were true. Our extra $1000 in the rebate column of the written deal was a bonus that we would've received even without the trade in. He never mentioned the additional $750 and said it was a rebate from Ally Financial. This guy is a complete fraud and we are filing a formal complaint with Chrysler against this dealership and salesperson. More

When I went to go look for a car at Parkway, I was immediatley greeted by Steve. I did not have to wander around the store to wait for someone to approach me (which I hate). He made me feel welcome and that he genuinely cared about helping me and answering any of my questions. He did not talk down to me or appear superior to me because I did not know a lot about cars. He walked around with me and showed me all the cars and told me he would try to get me the best deal he could. Steve did not try to pressure me into buying a car that I didnt want and try to rip me off like other salesmen. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. If you go to Parkway, ask for Steve, he was the best. More

Wow where do i start. traded my 2003 jeep wrangler in for a 2008 liberty. They said i was approved. Well i was not, and they already painted and sold my jeep, therefore they had a hard time getting my credit a 2008 liberty. They said i was approved. They would not even give me gas for my trouble. George said i was not getting anything. Very Rude. I will never buy or visit this place ever again. Very poor management. You dont sell someones car until they are approved. They lied and they were very rude. More
