The experience was so smooth. Doug set up an apppointment so that I would have his full attention without waiting. I appreciated that. I went to Parkway, then went to a few other dealerships in the area and compared prices... and not one was able to come close to the deal they got us. I was impressed with the deal and service my brother and I received when getting him a new car (Grand Cherokee) that my boyfriend also went there to lease a car (RAM) and got an amazing deal. I've read reviews complaining about having to wait... honestly, that tells me they take the time with each customer, and at no point did I feel rushed when I spoke with them and asked for quotes on several cars. If waiting means saving nearly $100 EVERY MONTH on a new lease (actual number after comparing dealerships) - I am willing to wait! More
