Repair service I didn’t purchase my car here so I can’t review the salesman but I’ve had service done to my purchased Dodge Durango. I’m giving this a one because th I didn’t purchase my car here so I can’t review the salesman but I’ve had service done to my purchased Dodge Durango. I’m giving this a one because they actually quoted a repair that was in the 2,000. Ok, well it is what it is. I’m a women and I had my 4 year old with me (which I love the child entertaining room) but as I conversed with my husband about the repairs to give the ok to fix, I still had questions about the repairs. I returned to the service gentleman to find out that the quote was for some other vehicle. It wasn’t even for my car. What’s concerning is the paper work that he had in his hand had no vehicle vin number or even make model or my name on the quote. To my mind, they could have handed that back to the vehicle tech and I could have had things replaced that I never needed....”could haves” yes but I’m now unsure of how they make quotes. To risky to pay thousands for. More
