Service department does not care whatsoever After waiting 3 months for a part so that I can have the navigation system working in my new truck that I've been paying for religiously all along and After waiting 3 months for a part so that I can have the navigation system working in my new truck that I've been paying for religiously all along and have not been able to use the parts finally in take the truck in today and mention to him that three months prior my truck was damaged in their parking lot that's a little scuff in a little dent should be covered under my warranty it's not anymore because three months ago was my one-year mark on my 2019 Dodge ram so I ended up arguing with the guy over that I convinced them to buff it out but they're not going to do anything about the dent that I am 100% sure they created I'm also a hundred percent sure that after explaining to him that if he didn't take care of this he was not going to have me as a repeat customer that they don't care $52,000 one time purchase from them it could have been for the rest of my life purchasing strictly through them but that doesn't matter to them repeat business apparently does not matter. And after waiting months and months and months to get a service that I've been paying for all the lawn they won't even program my key fob for free to the truck either nobody cares at all in the rental process I had to take a lift home this is the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership ever More

After going through all the troubles of getting the car added to insurance and other things, we went in to sign the papers and the price per month jumped $20/month and apparently there was “nothing they can do” if you want a terrible car buying experience this is the place for you. Overcharging and credit burea I told the sales lady that I do not want my credit being run with more than one bank. Checking my credit karma today. Two previous quotes from other dealerships with the same vehicle were priced muchless. How unprofessional and ruthless are these people ? Incredible ! Mr. Apollo Nimo and his sales team: Shawn, Farah, and Dani (showed us how to use all the vehicle features/tech guy) they are all very professional, patient, and kind in getting you the best possible vehicle for your needs. The turn around time is just incredible. You can try to shop it around, but you will not find a better deal. The service department has also helped us out a lot over the years, and we were provided new car loaners whenever there were any issues that took longer than a day/overnight. That is a huge incentive to take your vehicles there for service! More

Worst Customer Service I had a part installed on my Jeep a year ago. Few months in, it starts acting up and stops working all together. Within this whole process they’ve bee I had a part installed on my Jeep a year ago. Few months in, it starts acting up and stops working all together. Within this whole process they’ve been giving me the absolutely run around and wasting my time. this part was under warranty for a year. Real weird they didn’t figure out the problem till after the fact it ran up and are asking a ridiculous amount. So I’m completely floored at this point. Get customer service involved and after well over a month we work out a co-pay. Come in today for my appointment and they hadn’t even ordered the part. Joe Coeling stated “Well the parts girls don’t talk to Service” well why did I make an appointment for today if you don’t even have the parts. THEN he says “well let’s get you paid out” so we go to his desk and asks for the original insane price to which I told him I talked to customer service and we figured out the copay. to which he responded “well it’s not in my notes” told him customer service talked to the manager and just said “we’ll you’ll have to call him Monday” so they we’re not prepared at all. Why make an appoinment for someone when you don’t even have the part??? Terrible customer service for months now. dealt with Joe Coeling a handful of times has had absolutely terrible customer service and he could care less. If he doesn’t want to deal with it, not his problem. The only good thing is the customer service I’ve contacted OVER THE PHONEz Other than that, this dealership is terrible. After MONTHS still trying to get this issue resolved and they have yet to do so. More

Car taken in 2x because they never fixed problem Had to take 2 days off of work because the first day they never even fix the problem.
