Customer service is ON POINT I came into this dealership not knowing what to expect as I have never bought a "new" car before. But, WOW! My sales woman, Francesca Kucharek was beyond helpful! She explained all of my options to me, took her time, showed me around, and REALLY cared! The entire building was very clean and professional. Unforgettable,Disrespectful and Humiliating Experience!!!! I went to this particular Chrysler dealership because this is not only the place that I have been receiving service for both of my Chrysler vehicles b I went to this particular Chrysler dealership because this is not only the place that I have been receiving service for both of my Chrysler vehicles but it's also close to home. I thought for sure that since I purchased two brand new vehicles from Chrysler in the past and I took all of my business to this particular dealership, then surely they would help me get into an affordable vehicle to get back and forth to work as my Chrysler Aspens transmission went out. I told my sales person Francesca Kucharek what I would be able to afford for a monthly payment, and could not go any higher because I was going through a divorce which left me financially strained. She told her manager George Giacona what my circumstances were and then came back with an answer a few days later. He agreed to put me in a loaner while they prepared this non-Chrysler vehicle (Ford Escape), for me but wanted me to pay close to $500 a month for a used vehicle, in which I already told them I couldn't afford. Not to mention, it wasn't even fully loaded, (just basics). After a few days of thought, I decided not to take their offer because someone else made me a better offer that I could afford elsewhere, so I call Francesca and told her my decision and she told her manager, George Giacona. Let me add also that Francesca Kucharek, took it upon herself to call my insurance company and tried to transfer my insurance, (without my permission). In turn he told her to call me and tell me that he is very angry with me and to return the loaner immediately. Mind you, I was at work when this call came in. I informed them that I would be there after work. When I arrived on the show room floor, George Giacona came out of the office and yelled at me saying, "I loaned you my car and this is how you repay me, by purchasing a car from someone else?" "Where's my car?" I said; it's right there! He then said; "give me my key!" He proceeded out to the vehicle to check it out and then came in and said in a very loud voice, so that everyone on the showroom floor could hear it......"DO ME A FAVOR AND NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!" I then said in a calm voice and demeanor, "OK, I won't!" He proceeded to rant loudly to make a scene so that everyone could hear it. Francesca was no where to be found, even though he called for her repeatedly over the intercom. To make matters worse, I went back through the messages that were left for me and found that George Giacona had called me and left a message demanding that I call him with urgency that day, to bring back the car. What he didn't realize was that he failed to hang up the phone and proceeded to talk, stating that you can't trust people like me, and that you have to stop caring about the customer and start putting your focus on the money involved. It's not about the customer, it's about the sales person making money! Francesca Kucharek was also in the conversation left in my messages, agreeing with everything he was saying! YES, I SAVED THE MESSAGE! This dealership and it's sales people get a GIANT ZERO when it comes to customer service and the customer experience!!! Clearly, it's all about their commission and the sale because could give less than a xxxx about taking care of the customers need!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NO BUSINESS HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY THAT YOU DID!!! Ms. D. Malone More

We worked out all the details, finance was a breeze, and it went downhill from there. After agreeing and signing, My trade-in was appraised and all was set. I ran home to grab the title so he could call me and say I didn't qualify for one of the rebates that would be an extra 1500. Ok, no big deal. I return with title only to informed that the interest rate he quoted me went up a pinch. Ok, no big deal. On my way home again, since I opted to go with my bank, I lose a $500 rebate. I complained and said this was making me unhappy. He talked with the General Manager and was able to offer me 300 back. I thought ok he is trying. I called and cancelled the insurance on my car and placed on the new car as he requested per the VIN number he provided. I was told my car was being driven up from OH and would be here the next day, two days at most. No call came the next day. No call came the 2nd day, so I called to see the status of my car only to be told there is no car. Sorry. They can try and find me another one but it might cost more. You mean to tell me you had me place insurance on a car you didn't even have secured? I was so mad and said just give me back my title and deposit. I was told they already cashed the deposit and no one was there today to write a check, I would have to wait a day or two. This whole experience has been a nightmare. This my first time ever buying a NEW car rather than used and this place was simply horrible. Beware!!!!! More

Joe informed me all work was done but when they were investigating parking brake issue pads needed replacement and he said it would be $918. For rear brakes. Told him forget it- took to Belle tire for $320. Other work they did do without vebal authorization seems good. Just wish I would have got a call, to review and authorize. More

Service is awful The service department will try very hard to avoid your extended warranties you may have with a vehicle you bought in the past. Also service will sell you parts and service you will not need to just make a sale. Tried telling me my rotors and brake pads were pitted and worn out, charging me around $600 but they were done by another shop about 2 months ago and they looked fine.. If you need service work done here I advise you to know what your car needs first because they will try and sell you just about anything to make a profit, telling you parts are bad when they clearly are fine. Most of the people there are rude , unless they are trying to sell you something then they become your best friend. Sketchy dealership in my opinion. More

There were bored kids and teens all over the waiting room. Why not just keep them home? First off I noticed the sales person chewing gum, like a cow. If your going to try to sell me a car this does not seem professional. So he went and got the car for me to test. Then he tells me to just take it down hall road to the first turn a round then come back on the next turn around the other way. What? Thats not very far at all. I said I want to go to 94 and he said we don't let cars go on the freeway. I drive on 94 four days a week and not being able to test drive on it seems stupid. I suppose I could have gone on it since he didn't come in the car with me but I didn't want to waste anymore time because by that point I knew I wouldn't buy a car from them. The front parking lot area is also very crowded and busy. Its like a one way area and there are cars just stopping at the curb which makes it hard to back out of parking spots. I saw two cars almost get hit. More
Not very friendly customer service.
