He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and never pushed any extras on me that I didn't want. Walking into the dealership for my first lease on my own, as a woman I was terrified that I would be dealing with someone who would try to screw me over or do just enough to make their money...or both!!! But it wasn't even like I was "dealing with" anyone. It felt like I walked into the dealership to see my good friend who just so happens to be able to help me get a lease! I absolutely love my new car, and the few upgrades that I did go for are actually really great!! As much as I love my car, though, I can't wait for my three years to be up so I can get my next car from Russ. Never going anywhere else!!!!! More
