I took it there to get everything repaired, since I’ve taken my car there since I’ve gotten it. The thieves broke in through the driver side window and misaligned it, and then tore something under the passenger dash to disable the alarm, destroying a part that was discontinued, which made them have to hold onto my vehicle for almost 3 months (which is understandable since a part was discontinued) What is absolutely unacceptable was that they never fixed the window the thieves broke in through. So every time it rains, water comes in through the windows and seals. And starts dripping down my door panel and my dashboard where the ODB plug is. Which means that every time it rained while it was in their possession, water was getting into the car because my car was stored outside. When my insurance called me to because my car was stored outside finish, closing out the case. I told him that it was still leaking water. He looked at the invoice given by Parkway, and said there was no charges for parts or labor on the window. So basically, my car was held there for three months, and was parked outside the entire time. So every time it rains water leaked into the car. And my window is never worked on. Thank you. Also, the first thing I noticed, was the brand new screen that was allegedly replaced for the radio, didn’t work, and the technician said they’d have to order a new one again for me. I took my car there because one of my best friends spent $130,000 on a brand new C8 there. They promised that I would have excellent service at their shop if my Corvette ever needed anything. But it feels like since I didn’t buy my car from Parkway, my car and money is in as important as other customers. More
BEWARE! I would give this dealership a zero if I could. Bought a used truck there on 7/22, the transmission went out on 9/13. The previous owner probably traded it in because they knew it was going out and I feel like the dealership knew it. As a female buyer, I feel that I was taken advantage of because I didn’t know the right questions to ask when I test drove it. The sales manager said they couldn’t do anything about it. He recommended we trade it in and but they would give me $7000 below what I paid for it! He said that was because the truck has102k miles now. The truck had 99,673 miles on it when I bought it. Such a crook! Beware buying a used vehicle from them. More
