I was very impressed with my experience I had. The sales guy (Jeff Bryant ) was very friendly and very informative about the vehicle I was looking at. After the test drive and how nice everyone worked with me on the sales staff ,I decided that I would like to do business with Ted Russell Kia. I am very pleased with my vehicle and the great service that I received that evening. I was very impressed with sales man Jeff Bryant and also Russ Bebb. I would give these two gentlemen A+ on professionalism . This is my first Kia purchase and experience, and it was very positive and I would recommend others and family and friends who would like a Kia on doing business with Ted Russell Kia. Jeff was not pushy and arrogant as many salesmen can be! I appreciated his honesty and letting us go home and think about buying this car. We called back the next morning and made an appointment Once we bought the car, he was very thorough in showing us all the bells and whistles. We would definitely recommend him to others and would also go back to him when time to buy another car! The only negative I had with the buying experience was that we were there for 4.5 hours before we left with our new car... we paid cash and didn't have to apply for a loan, and did not trade, so we figured we'd be out of there in time to attend an event in 3 hours after we made our appointment to see the salesman to buy the car. 3 hours should be plenty of time to do all this! I have never considered KIA before, but upon arrival we were greeted with warm kind welcomes, we originally came looking for some one that had treated us very kindly & understood our situation. We met with another team member & were treated very respectful, we let this staff member know upfront that we were browsing & were deciding between Toyota & KIA. We explained that the reliability of past Toyota's ownerships had let us to go back to a Camry once more. We explained our needs & limitations, we test drove our wants were we all start off wishing. Then we drove our needs. We were surprised by the Forte its a economical vehicle with out looking economish! Great style, features that surpass entry level Camry we were considering. We didn't get our hopes even tho we found a Forte we felt was a fit for our little family. We were surprised once more when we were asked to give it a financial shot within minutes we were told if Metallic Bronze was the color we liked we said its a great hue not common & we think the car is lovely. We were told its yours to take home if we'd like it. Needless to say the Forte has a family to love it. Thank you for the experience & give us a vehicle we hope to be around for many years of great service to our family. More
Staff was very nice and very willing to help me. When we thought the Kia was not going to work due to the payments he continued to look at the other Ted Russell lots. Because of this we decided to go with t thought the Kia was not going to work due to the payments he continued to look at the other Ted Russell lots. Because of this we decided to go with the Kia Rio. Their service was outstanding and made this difficult situation a lot better! Thank you! More

First of all, all the employees I dealt with were all very professional and helpful. Kevin Fisher, in particular, exhibited a level of professionalism and initiative seldom noted at other dealers. For example, I first met Kevin while searching for used Kia Sorento, but later ddecided a Mazda CX 9 was a better fit for me and my family. Kevin followed up with me about the Sorento, and upon learning of my interest in a CX 9 , he actually found a CX 9 at another Ted Russell dealership, moved it to the KIa dealer, and then called me to come take a look at it. I subsequently purchased the Mazda. The "buying process" was pleasant with all costs disclosed up front, and the negotiating process very smooth and non-adversarial. Then the closing went fast and was again very professional - no undue pressure to buy a warranty or to change lending sources. The car was cleaned up quickly and looked great - another very impressive service. Overall, this was probably the best experience I have had buying a car. Thanks for allowing me to report my experience. More
