Buyer beware purchased a used vehicle a week ago park plus added 3,000.00 dollars more to price. Called salesman was told he can’t help call used car manager it’s now his problem. Called to talk to Johnny . Was blocked and told managers don’t talk to customers . Leave a message he will call you back . Well after waiting several days no call . Guess no one cares about the customer anymore . Well no 20 inch tires and wheels just decreases my value 2,500 dollars in resale. So all told buyer be ware !! So all told I’m in a wheel chair and maybe the ADA may what to hear how things are run and how disabled people are treated. More

I cannot say enough about our experience with Parks Toyota, specifically, Alex Quiliche (sales) and Scott LaBuff (finance). To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. My husband is a Toyota, specifically, Alex Quiliche (sales) and Scott LaBuff (finance). To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. My husband is a disabled Veteran and we were traveling from about 90 minutes away. They made the process smooth and simple. They both bent over backwards to help us find the perfect vehicle with the best deal. I am a very cautious buyer and very hesitant and concerned with getting the very best deal. They put up with my endless haggling and answered dozens of questions with patience. The vehicle was out front and ready when we arrived for our test drive, we were able to make a decision to purchase the vehicle and be back on the road home in less than an hour.
