I have had both my vehicles serviced at Parks for quite some time, and had a great experience working with Larry mills. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what work has to be done an some time, and had a great experience working with Larry mills. When I had a problem with the body shop not repairing my car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. A customer that has never had a problem is probably not a loyal custom car properly, Dawn Kaps took care of it. She was attentive and professional. However, when a customer has a problem, you either lose them (by not handling it properly), or make them a loyal customer by giving them 110% satisfaction. I would recommend Park's becuase Dawn Kaps made sure that my problem was corrected promptly. More
