My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. It was a pesky A/C problem ... the kind that won't act up when you take it to the deal service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. It was a pesky A/C problem ... the kind that won't act up when you take it to the dealer, but absolutely drives you nuts once you leave. Larry listened, asked questions, listened ... called service tech Joe to come listen, ask questions, listen ... and then they took charge and said they'd handle it. Larry arranged a comparable loaner for us ... called us daily to keep us posted ... and by golly they found the problem, fixed it, and we couldn't be more pleased. We are so glad that we have found Parks Lincoln. More

Larry is wonderful! I wish my Mercedes dealership treated me like Parks does, Larry goes over and beyond to make our stressfull situation to a minimum. After my service is completed very quickly Larry is sure to contact me through the process, also after I have picked up my Navigator he sure does help by calling and making sure there has been no issues with the work that has been completed. I have been using this dealership for years. The same faces are still around. Everyone is courteous and friendly. They have knowledge of your car and all Ford/Lincoln models. I still call the dealership Northgate, not got use calling it Parks. More

Having had an earlier career as a District Manager with a competitive vehicle manufacturer, I am well aware of what makes an outstanding Dealership. When I visited Dealerships, I could actually feel withi competitive vehicle manufacturer, I am well aware of what makes an outstanding Dealership. When I visited Dealerships, I could actually feel within a couple of minutes, the qualities that make for a successful Service and Parts Operation. Attitude is such an important key. Under the able leadership of Bob Weinstock, Service & Parts Director, with Dawn Caps as Service & Body Mgr, Bob Crawford as Parts Mgr and Nick Cherok as Business Mgr, present a most supportive group to very well take care of their customers, as if everyone was the sole owner of the Dealership. Larry Mills, Ass't Service Mgr and Joe Digler, Service Technician are at the top of their field and are exceptional assets to make it all work. The knowledge, depth of talent and experience of all, is only surpassed by fantastic attitudes Park Lincoln of Tampa has one of the best teams I have seen. Rick More
