Larry did an excellent job of following up on a couple of questions I had when I took my car in for normal servicing. I had my 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis in to have the transmission flushed. After a couple of days of driving, I had problems with it shifting into high gear. I then checked the fluid level of the transm transmission flushed. After a couple of days of driving, I had problems with it shifting into high gear. I then checked the fluid level of the transmission and found that it was two marks below the full mark. I brought my car back to the dealership and pointed out this problem to the service Manager Dawn Kaps, of which she had the service tech refill, only to refill it to an overfill level. I then brought this to her attention of which her and the service tech tried to tell me that it was an acceptable level. It was up to the letter D, where it states on the dipstick DO NOT OVERFILL!! And that the amount that they had refilled was only less than one half of a quart. Myself, being a certified mechanic with over 37 years of experience, did not believe that they were being truthful with me.If it was only one half quart low, I would not have experienced the shifting problem, as the fluid expands when it is at operating temperature. Since the owners manual and the fluid dipstick specifically states that the transmission is not to be overfilled. I had told Dawn how unsatisfied I was with the poor quality of workmanship of her service tech, and told her I would need to be reimbursed 75% of my repair total. Of which she told me that she would do this for me, after myself stating the real facts to her, but also she advised me to take my repairs elsewhere. I totally feel that not only they had wronged me twice, but also she had the nerve to tell me to take my repairs elsewhere!!! I guess they do not appreciate hearing the truth of an experienced person such as myself to confront them with the real issue at hand. Today I did receive my check of $150.00, and would like everyone out there to know that what kind of poor customer service that you will get at this dealership. Tim Dorn Tampa, FL More

He satyed late on Saturday, came and picked me up at my house, arranged the payment for me after the Finance Counter was already service available.
