I was greated almost immediately upon arrival, Larry knew me by name and was aware of the reason for my visit. He had my service ticket written up and ready for me to review and sign. The customer waiting area is comfortable and has newspapers and magazines to help pass the time, although the total time for my 55,000 mile service only took aprox 45 min.
