My husband and I could not be more pleased with the service we received earlier this month for our 2010 Town Car. Larry listened, asked questions, listened ... called service tech Joe to come listen, ask questions, listen ... and then they took charge and said they'd handle it. Larry arranged a comparable loaner for us ... called us daily to keep us posted ... and by golly they found the problem, fixed it, and we couldn't be more pleased. We are so glad that we have found Parks Lincoln. More

I have been using this dealership for years. The same faces are still around. Everyone is courteous and friendly. They have knowledge of your car and all Ford/Lincoln models.
