This Dealership has done nothing but impress me from the day I walked to buy my car. Guy Sas was excellent and never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable in any way. I went in for my regular oil change and I always like to bring my own oil. This time, however, I brought the wrong weight for it. Jordan, the tech that was going to perform my oil change, brought it to my bring my own oil. This time, however, I brought the wrong weight for it. It is always a pleasure going for service at Parks Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). All the service and office staff I met there are extremely nice and courteou Lincoln (or at least as pleasurable as that type of situation can be). All the service and office staff I met there are extremely nice and courteous, making what could be an annoying trip very palatable. My service adviser, Larry Mills, is always extremely friendly, remembers my name and more important to me, remembers my car. He is very knowledgeable, and can and will discuss not only my current maintenance or service needs but projected future needs and the timing of the projected service as well. Since my schedule is very tight and I do not live or work near the dealership, he is willing to try to squeeze me in when he can and works with my staff when necessary to get my service scheduled. He is an asset to the dealership and to Lincoln. If he treats all his clients like he treats me, Parks has a lot of satisfied customers. More
