I was happy until my car was keyed when it came back from service at Parks in Nov. I notified them right away.. First they said they said they would take care of it. Took it in mid Dec., they said they service at Parks in Nov. I notified them right away.. First they said they said they would take care of it. Took it in mid Dec., they said they would get back with me after the first of the year. Two email requests and info into their chat in January and Feb. got no response. What a disappointment. ^Five months is long enough to wait for them to just say "Yes" we will fix it or "No" we will not fix it. That was what I asked for in my emails. More

They tell me what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait. My Navigator wouldn’t start this week...it was towed to Parks and everything was covered under warranty. Adriana talked with me for at least 45 minutes while I was there, about my truck and my options, among other things. She is an amazing asset to the Parks Service Team...friendly, easy to talk to and extremely empathetic. I left Parks without paying a thing, and a smile on my face! S. Patrick More
Worse case, sabotage. Best case, negligent. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Got the car back with the transmission and traction control system not operating properly. Took it back and was told It needed a Transmission Control Module for $1,800 and a display for $985,, but they couldn't replicate the problem. I paid $135 for a diagnostic fee and drove it home, where I got under the hood. I found a relay that controls the power to the TCM and display unplugged. Once I reseated it, I have had no more problems. More
Poor customer service After driving up, kid asks how he can help, I tell him I have an appointment, it is 12:50 for 1pm appt, then another employee walks up and says someth After driving up, kid asks how he can help, I tell him I have an appointment, it is 12:50 for 1pm appt, then another employee walks up and says something and the kid walks off, a gal has to call him back and ask him to finish checking me in, he walks back and says sorry, hands car tag to gal and asks her to hang it, and tells me the person assigned to the appointment is on vacation so he will ask Roger to check me in. He takes me in and asks Roger Cromer to help. Roger asks me if I am just dropping off the vehicle, I said no, I have 1pm appointment to do this little software recall fix, I'll wait up to an hour while it gets done. Roger, in a nasty tone says that'll never happen. I responded in like tone and said why the xxxx not, I have had an appointment for a month to do this, reconfirmed 2 days ago. He said my appointment is with a service rep not to get the work done, then said I'll ask you to leave if you talk to me like that. That boiled my blood, told him where to go, and left. I will never go back. More

Best dealer relationship in my 72 years With all previous brands of cars I have owned, I have never felt comfortable with a dealer. No matter the brand, every service visit was a struggle against attempted upsell of something I knew I did not need. Having owned over 60 cars in my life scattered among domestic and foreign marques. With Parks Lincoln, the work I need done is done right, there is no attempt to sell me something not needed. I trust the dealership and Larry Mills completely with my car and my money. That is something I thought I would never say about a car dealership. Especially here in Tampa, I have found several dealers so abusive to their customers I will not go there for service and I will shop out of the city if I wanted a brand one of those dealers sell.
