I have attempted to reach Parks Lincoln since the end of last week to get my vehicle back from service. My assistant was advised that the dealership would not pay for the rental car/loaner over the weekend last week to get my vehicle back from service. My assistant was advised that the dealership would not pay for the rental car/loaner over the weekend; however, efforts to get the care back were not answered by the dealer. Now I am being asked to fill out a review, and I do not even have my car back. This is terrible customer service. More
