I bought my new 2023 Corsair in December. Had no concerns or issues during the sale and delivery. Here I am six months later at my first oil change. I was wondering how long I would have to wait at the show room while they did the oil change. The answer came as a surprise. Zero! They came to me. Parks has a large van equipped to provide an on site oil service. The mechanic showed up at the agreed to time while I continued working at my job. 45 minutes later the oil change was complete and I did not have to leave my desk or sit at the dealer. Great service. Friendly and efficient tech. And zero wait time at the dealership. More
I used the mobile oil change service today and was throughly impressed with it. They were on time which is rare for a service call, it took one hour to rotate my tires, change the oil and check the fl throughly impressed with it. I love this service and will use it again in the future. More

This is my first Lincoln. Had Cadillac Escalades and Porsche Cayennes in the past. In comparison, I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Park Lincoln Sales and Service Depa Had Cadillac Escalades and Porsche Cayennes in the past. In comparison, I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Park Lincoln Sales and Service Departments. Ozzy, Ryan and Dillion in Wesley Chapel Sales were true professionals. Harry in Service at Lincoln Tampa was outstanding. If this is the way they treat their customers, I may be buying Lincoln’s from Park for a long time! More
I am honestly disappointed with the service center at this location. While the techs and advisors at the Service Dept. are friendly and professional the length of time to repair identified issues is a bi this location. On two separate occasions I have showed up to this dealership, demonstrated the problems with the interior/screen rattling, demonstrated how to stop the noise, and have had to wait at least a day and a half for repair with minimal information. Each time I was updated another half day was tacked on in which I would be able to pick up the vehicle. If this is the norm, then I apologize for the ignorance on how Service is conducted at Lincoln. My new 2023 Corsair started giving me rattling issues at just 300 miles. A vehicle you are dropping 41-60k USD on is giving you quality issues within the first week of ownership. I cant even imagine customers dropping 70-90k and going through my experience, Id be livid. If these were repaired in a timely fashion I would overlook it but 2x now my vehicle sits for an entire day and a half for no good reason. Again, the staff is great but personally I would not recommend anyone to purchase a Lincoln product. The quality is disappointing and the time for quality related repairs is even worse. It seems like Lincoln is a manufacturer that has the build now fix later approach. Had I known this is how it would be I would never have purchased this. If you don't believe, me test drive a used Lincoln and listen to the symphony of rattles, creaks, and pops because that is what your future holds with Lincoln. You decide if you want to test that 4 year warranty out. More
