We have been plesently surprised at the friendly, easy going way of our purchase experience with Jason Vansyckle. I actually had not intended to purchase a Lincoln. He talked to my for months about looking at the Lincolns on the road and thinking about test driving one. It's been 20 years since I've owned a Ford. We had a non-busy Saturday (Sept. 29th) and my husband said get your purse we are going to the Lincoln dealership for a test drive. So off we went. Well the car sold itself, almost. I wanted a luxury ride, some class and style, heated seats were on my wish list. But still not completely ready to switch from Toyota back to Ford. Jason was expert in his information, patient with my tons & tons of questions and really helped me feel like I could consider this. We went home with lots of options to think about, pray about and see what was best for us. Jason explained several options to lease or purchase and all were do-able, for us. A few things needed to be taken care of on the car and Jason has been understanding and accomendating. What a pleasure! Hope this type of service continues. I'm not use to this. I keep wondering when it's going go down hill. Sure hope the great service continues. More

Took us for a ride and then asked us if we liked the car and from there on we were on our way to get the Lincoln MKZ Quality of work: Guy and Nick were very helpful in explaining everything in detail as to the aspects of the car Friendliness: I can only speak of Guy and Nick as both were very helpful in setting up our purchase. Overall experience: The atmosphere to purchase a car was outstanding as we did visit other deales where there was a certain amount of pressure to buy. Price: how lucky we were to get the car and enjoy the discount offer by Ford. More

I received a letter about my 2010 MKZ so I went to the dealership to see what they could do. Marco worked up a quote for us on a new lease. We accepted the quote on the new 2012 MKZ in the color I wante dealership to see what they could do. Marco worked up a quote for us on a new lease. The price that Marco gave us was agreed upon which I didn't think he could do. Jason also came to the house and programed my garage door opener. I have purchased cars for 40 plus years across this nation and never before have I run into someone like Larry MIlls in a Service Department. He makes CERTAIN everything is to your satisfaction anytime there is an issue. The people in Sales are wonderful however, this dealership truly gets a 5 star rating from me because of people like Larry Mills! Larry Mills has been my service guy for several years. As always, he is very friendly and helped me resolve a major transmission problem with my van. My first letter was rec'd in March 2012 and the parts were not available until late July 2012. He kept me updated on the status of the recall with several phone calls to Ford. My transmission was giving me problems for almost 6 months and the recall repair DID resolve the problem. YEAH! He offered me a loaner car during the repair, which was greatly appreciated!! Larry!
