Buck Bridgeman has been my service advisor for 14 years and he is excellent to work with. Last Saturday I needed to service and Casey Mullins was the service advisor working that day. Casey was also great and he is excellent to work with. Last Saturday I needed to service and Casey Mullins was the service advisor working that day. Casey was also great to work with! He was friendly, courteous and took the time to fully explain the service performed on my vehicle. Their modern facility and waiting area offers complimentary snacks, coffee, water, and soft drinks. The seating is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and spacious. I highly recommend Parks Lincoln for sales or service. More

Service advisors and service are great here! I had a dead battery that was installed 8 months ago. A service provider came to the house at my convenience in a short time . No charge for service I had a dead battery that was installed 8 months ago. A service provider came to the house at my convenience in a short time . No charge for service or battery. When I do go for service, the waiting area is lovely with drinks, snacks. The charges are explained before the work is done. All those working in any department are very polite and knowledgeable- a bonus, my car is always washed when I have it in for service. More
