I reported my concerns here and immediately received a response from the dealership. They picked up and dropped off my car for the final repair and I've had no problem since. More

Great experience! My husband and I came by late one evening and was helped by Rudy. He showed us the cars we were interested in and did not pressure us at all. We told him we really wanted to think about it and he was good with that. When we came back we planned to meet with Rudy again, but he was with other customers. So we worked with Holden Bruce. He helped us so much before even knowing that he would get"credit" for selling the car. He worked really hard to get the price where we needed it to be. He informed us of everything upfront...no big surprises when you go in to sign papers. Then we worked with Mel to do all the finance stuff. He got us a great price for our trade in. He was very pleasant and explained things very well. Once again...no surprises. When it was time to drive away in or new car, Holden showed us how to set up all if the features of the car. the entire staff was helpful and very pleasant! More
